Curently you can report riders from the web interface when they have forgot to tun the computer of after a ride sothat there effort in the car does not affect the segment leader board  my ask/suggestion is to have the same ability from the mobile app. Unfortunately I have alot of segments close to me that are next to a main road and weekly there are new KOM's where people have not turned of the cycling computers.
