My coach shared the run we did this morning to add to my Strava profile. As of yet it has not been added.
What could be the problem?

Can you confirm if by shared you mean your coach tagged you in their activity?
If so, please take a look at this support article and scroll to the bottom until you see “Troubleshoot”.
Here, you will see the possibilities of what could’ve happened.
