Every time I try to open a route, either my own or another, I get a “sorry, this one stays red” error message

what you see is a general error message when something goes wrong.
You might want to include more details, such as -
- Which browser are you using? Does it work if you use a different one?
- Do you know whether other users can open any of those routes? (You can post a link to any of the routes here - it needs to be a public route though)
- Had it worked correctly for you before? Would you know when the error started happening?
