Every time I try to open a route, either my own or another, I get a “sorry, this one stays red” error message

what you see is a general error message when something goes wrong. 

You might want to include more details, such as -

  • Which browser are you using? Does it work if you use a different one?
  • Do you know whether other users can open any of those routes? (You can post a link to any of the routes here - it needs to be a public route though)
  • Had it worked correctly for you before? Would you know when the error started happening?

@GravelBorzoi - we recently had some issues with Route Builder but that this issue should now be resolved. If you haven’t done so already, please update your Strava to the latest version then close & reopen the app.
