Can you post a link to the activity?  There could be a few different reasons it didn’t get marked as a PR or PB.  

I think this is the one that we resolved in the fb running group (small world! ), it was a corrupt import which was lacking gps data - Francesca tried to delete the problematic activity from Strava and re-imported from Apple Health, and that did the trick
