Hi, I’ve submitted my first cancellation and refund ticket immediately after I was charged (13.9.2024). The ticket went straight to “solved” status without any follow up. After a couple of days I submitted another ticket explaining that my first one is marked as solved but i didn’t get any response. Second ticket is still in status “open”. About a week has passed and I still haven’t gotten any response. I understand your support team is handling a high number of requests, but would greatly appreciate if someone could look into it.
