Hi all, I would some suggestions on how to get actual help from Strava Support. I’m currently stuck with a cancelled subscription, and I am wanting to subscribe to the Runna + Strava bundle. 

 

This journey so far has been harder than training for a marathon. I am now into week 4 of attempting to subscribe to the bundle. Here’s the run of events. 

Week 1
1. See the new bundle, attempt to subscribe. Says I can’t due to subscribing through Google Play.
2. Read FAQ on Strava website. It suggests to cancel my plan to get the bundle. I do this.
3. Once cancelled, I attempt to buy the bundle, but now I can’t resubscribe. 
4. Enter Support Ticket #1 - No responses at all

Week 2
5. Support Ticket #2 - Automated response right after it was created
6. (2 days later) Support Ticket #2 - New textbook response with links to the FAQ page that told me to cancel so I could get it

Week 3
7. Support Ticket Created with Runna - I get some conversations going here. Over the course of a few days, eventually Runna Support send me a subscription link for the Apple Pay, to subscribe. I start this subscription, but it doesn’t connect to either of my Strava or Runna accounts. It’s only attached to my apple ID and nothing else. 
8. After a request to remove this, Runna support has gone quite

Week 4
Still no response to Support Ticket #1 or #2 after requesting more help. Runna Support are still to respond. 

Any tips? Or do I just give up on the lot of them? 

 

I just want to give them my money, how hard should that be 🤣
