I hate to have to take things to this measure, but I feel the only way to actually get a response and assistance from Strava is to make a post. On August 18th, I purchased the Strava + Runna bundle subscription. I am running my first half marathon in December, and was excited to use these tools to help maximize my training for someone who is not entirely confident in creating a plan on my own. However, when I purchased the subscription, it would not show up on my Strava account OR my Runna account, but the subscription shows up on my apple purchases, AND the money was taken out of my account. I submitted a ticket taht same day, and waited. 10 days later, I had still not been contacted, so I submitted another ticket on August 28th, believing maybe it was simply overlooked. A week went by, and I STILL heard nothing, so I submitted a third ticket on September 7th, pleading for help. Shockingly, I did receive a response (8 days later) on September 15th, someone responded to my ticket, stating that they could not see the subscription, and asked for a recipt showing my purchase. I responded within 10 minutes, eager to receive help and start using my subscription, and have been waiting for 3 days for a response. 

I was so excited to use this subscription, and I have gone a month without having access to it. I spent $150 for something I haven’t gotten access to or had ANY help to figure out. I am so close to simply cancelling the subscription and submitting for a refund with apple, but I really want to have a good training plan for my first half marathon. Strava, I would really appreciate access for the subscription I dropped a 150 bucks on.

Not sure if anyone else has had this much issue with Strava support or if it’s just me, but I figured this was my most effective way to maybe get something to happen.
