if you want to move just a small number of rides, you can export each ride (I’d recommend using the .FIT format as it contains more data) and then manually import to Garmin Connect.
If you want to import more activities and manual effort would be too tedious, you can use a 3rd party app - data importer. Personally I’m using RunGap for this purpose - it's a paid app but not too expensive (afaik Garmin has some limitations about their API usage and importing anything in there is quite problematic, but RunGap is able to do that).
