Ok, then I need to appologize. I tried to test it and at this time only America was shown. Obviously my fault sorry!!

To know whether this offer is available in your country, you can search for the eligible countries in the drop-down menu.

In order to see the drop-down icon, you first would have to click the X in the same location, then the drop-down appears:
