Good afternoon, I'm afraid I accidentally subscribed to the Strava app. When I opened the app, I accidentally clicked on the subscription because I thought it was a free trial because I wanted to try and explore your app's features. However, today (October 15, 2025) I received a text notification message from my account saying that I had made a transaction, when in fact it was not, it was an accident due to my own misunderstanding. I investigated my problem and found I was not alone. Today, I canceled my subscription and tried to submit a refund ticket. I searched the internet and social media for information about the procedure. So, I decided to contact you and try to consider my refund request because the money is the remaining money for my living expenses until the end of this October and I really need it back. I beg and hope that you grant my request as soon as possible, and thank you very much.
