Hi Can someone help me. I recently completed a challenge and got an email to say that the Summer Lead Out Fizik had been completed . And then a button to Redeem Reward. Upon clicking this I then get a message on the Fizik website: . Sorry We're out for a ride. I contacted Fizik suypport and asked, What does that mean and what reward should I get?
To which they haver replied they know nothing of it and to contact Strava. Does anyone on here know anything about this or know how and the best way to contact Strava support?
