Dear Strava Support Team,
I hope you're doing well.
I'm contacting you regarding a recurring issue when syncing workout data from the Mibro Fit app to Strava. While the basic workout details appear, the GPS map and full route data are often missing unless I manually export the GPX file from the Mibro Fit app and upload it to Strava myself.
This is frustrating, as automatic sync should ideally include the complete workout information—especially the GPS map—for accurate performance analysis.
Here are the main concerns:
-
Automatically synced activities from Mibro Fit to Strava do not include the full GPS route or map.
-
Manual import via GPX works fine, which means the data exists but is not transferred properly via the sync integration.
-
I would prefer not to manually export and import every workout just to get the full data.
I kindly ask your team to:
-
Investigate the current sync integration with Mibro Fit.
-
Ensure GPS maps and full workout data are included during automatic sync.
-
Coordinate with Mibro if needed to resolve this issue from both sides.
Thank you for your help and for continuously improving the Strava experience.
Best regards,
Mohamed Abdelwahab
