Hello,
can you help me with my problem please? We have a club of 1 100 members and I can see only members who I follow. Where is the problem please? I’ve read that that I can see all the members up to 5 000 people in the club.

Hi
what do you mean by only seeing members that you follow? In the members list? In the club activity feed? Anywhere else?
If the members’ activities aren't set as Public, but are set to Followers only, you won't be able to see those activities in the club feed unless you follow those athletes. It really depends on them & how they decide to set the privacy of their activities.
Hello
Yes, we know, that everyone must set their activities to public. But when I click on members’ list. I can see only members who I follow. No-one else. Do you have any clue why is this happening please? :)
I just checked and in the groups that I’m a member of, I can see everyone in the members list. First those that I follow, then the rest.
Are you looking at the list via the web interface or the mobile app? Which app (iOS, Android), and is it the latest version? It might help if you include a screenshot.
Edit to add: how big is your club? my clubs are 3 digits size. I tried to join a huge one (almost 300k members) and that would only show those I follow.
It’s the same in my mobile app and in the browser.
The name of the club is FLOORBALL POWER with orange color and “W” in the profile pic so you can check it if you want :)
Well, it seems you have found the answer to your question, the limit seems to be 1000 - in the meantime I’ve checked several other clubs of various sizes and indeed, as soon as the size gets over 1000, you can only see the people you follow, and also the admins, but not the rest. So while it's probably not the answer you hoped for, you’ve solved it! 👍
(I checked your club too and it's the same - can’t see all members.)
Strava has all kinds of limits but mostly undocumented - how many comments per day you can post, how many activities you can flag etc, so this seems to be another. When we asked Strava about these, usually the answer was in the lines of - the limits aren't public. Meaning one needs to reverse-engineer those 🤓
When we were creating the project in our organization for which we need the Strava Club members’ list to count the kilometers of all the members we of course didn't know about this rule and that’ why it’s a bit of complication right now :(
Anyway thank you very much and have a beautiful weekend!! :)))
I hear you… there's also a feature request to show all club members (not only the top 100) on the club leaderboard, you can add your vote:
Anyway, since this isn't probably going to get implemented anytime soon, you might want to consider using Strava’s API for your purposes - my work colleagues have done something similar (except they aren't tracking mileage but calories - but the principle is pretty much the same, and the output is a simple page visualising everyone's progress). It's a bit more complicated but if there's an IT enthusiast among your members, it could be doable.
