I have two Strava accounts - the one I used all the time was associated with an email I no longer have access to. I am trying to merge the accounts and change the email address on the Strava I use all the time. I have an open ticket with support but have not received any response for now to handle this situation as I cannot just change my email since I do not have access to it and i have forgotten my strava password - I am just always logged in on my phone

unfortunately we can’t help you with this here at the community hub (we’re fellow Strava users without access to people's accounts), contacting the Support team is indeed the correct way. However, they have been dealing with a backlog of tickets so it may take rather longer to get a response. I hope they’ll get back to you soon!
