Hello Team Strava. I am a subscriber. I am unable to comment on posts. I am getting the error message “Something went wrong, please try again”. I kept trying but could not get to post comments.


1. Should i stop trying to post!

2. Do you know what has gone wrong?

3. Is there a problem with my subscription?

That can be a Strava server problem or you have posted to many comments in a short time and have to wait until you are allowed posting again.

There's a limit to posting comments!? What is that limit? And in what time frame? And when can I get unlocked to comment again? I haven't been able to comment for about 18 hours now and it is beyond frustrating! Tried to put a support ticket in for it but got a response of basically 'we can't look into individual issues' or something totally non useful like that
