Hey fellow Strava users! I'm reaching out because I was recently charged for a subscription I didn't authorize. I've contacted Strava support and GCash, but I'm still waiting for a resolution. I'm hoping to get a refund ASAP. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any advice on how to get a refund quickly would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your help!

for anything related to subscription, you need to contact Strava Support. Here at the community hub we don't have access to people's accounts - we're fellow Strava users like yourself. 

And yet a note on the “unauthorised” payment… it actually was authorised, you must have approved it when signing up for the trial version or previous subscription, as the renewal is charged automatically. It's a standard way how subscriptions are processed with similar services and apps, not just Strava. It's important to read the conditions whenever signing up for anything.
