I’ve been trying to cancel my Strava Premium subscription for a while now, but I’m completely stuck and would really appreciate some help.

 

My Strava account says my subscription is managed via Google Play and will automatically renew on June 27, 2025. But I’ve checked all my Google accounts, and there’s no Strava subscription anywhere, not in active subscriptions, not in expired ones, not in my Google payments history. Nothing.

 

I’ve also tried:

 

Searching all my inboxes for a Strava or Google Play receipt

 

Cancelling through the Strava website on desktop and incognito, it just redirects me to Google Play, where again, there’s nothing to cancel,

 

Using different browsers on 3 different devices (phone, tablet, computer) same result every time,

 

Reaching out to support multiple times, but I only got a automated reply that didn’t address the problem at all.

 

The renewal is coming up soon, and I really don’t want to be charged again for something I can’t manage or cancel. If anyone has had this issue before or knows how to fix it (or get Strava to take it seriously), I’d be super grateful.

If you have many Google accounts then can it be you have already deleted the Google account you used to subscribe? In that case Strava can’t get any payment from that account.
