For about a week now, I am getting relative effort’s roughly 3 times higher than previously on the same runs - this is for relatively the same pace, heart rate, etc. Any one else experiencing this?  Using an Apple Watch Ultra 2

There were reports from some users that Strava changed their max heart rate without consent on

. Could you check your settings if you are affected?


I bet thats it - my max HR is set to 161 in Strava which is correct for a 65 year old male if using the formula 207-(Age*.7) but over the past year the apple watch has recorded the highest heart rate at 174-177 - So I’m guessing maybe 180 MHR is more accurate...will set it manually and see what happens - Thanks!
