I don't have anything hidden in my settings but it says only I can view power on my best efforts. Then I looked around and you can't see anyones power for best efforts?

I have wondered that myself. For a few weeks this year you could see the overall best power for all users but they disabled that. It seems like a work in progress where they didn’t come to implement the option for making ones best power public yet.
