I have a Fitbit versa 4. Workouts show up there but not on Strava. I have to manually enter walks and runs. Before I had to refresh in Fitbit for it to show up in Strava now it’s nothing. Have reinstalled both apps, and logged out. Strava’s help was not helpful

Hi @cmaneotis, try re-creating the connection (you might need to authorise it again), more details follow:

https://support.strava.com/hc/en-us/articles/216918087-Fitbit-and-Strava

If It doesn't help, please share any relevant details - what error message you're getting etc.

I already did this as stated in my original post. Nothing is working. I even deleted my fitbit and reconnected it to the fitbit app

Sorry, without more details we can't really help here - this is a discussion forum of Strava users like yourself, we don't have access to your Strava. We’d need to know what specific step fails, what kind of error is there etc. Without that, the only answer is “it's broken”, I’m afraid 😃

Alternatively, you can try contacting Strava Support, but that might need extra patience, they're quite overloaded.

@cmaneotis Did you check that the workouts have GPS data? Did you see in the help link @Jana_S provided that you can download a tcx file in the app and upload it on the Strava website instead of manually entering activities?

@Jana_S - I don’t know what “ step”: it’s failing at and I’m not getting an error message. Workout sued to showup in strava immediately after. Recently I had to refresh fitibit and then they would show in Strava, now it’s nothing. I deleted both apps, logged out of both apps. Disconnected fitbit from Strava. Turned my phone off. Turned GPS off in fifitbit for workouts and then on again. Strava help has been no help.

@Jan_Mantau - yes I did see that. Seems like an archaic way of uploading workouts. There should be a simpiler solution

Ok so you say it used to work: what had changed? Had it stopped working out of the blue? Or after you did something specific? (Updating Strava, updating the Fitbit app, changing some specific configuration in any of them, ...)

Also @Jan_Mantau asked a very important question that you haven't answered - do those activities have gps? Because if they don't, they won't sync.

If I had the answer to what has changed then I probably wouldn’t be needing help, so I don’t no. And yes the activities have GPS, hence why I turned it on and off and indicated above. GPS is the whole reason I use Strava. Strava also marked this case as resolved which the issue is not fixed

Would you have a sample activity that you’ve manually exported from fitbit and imported to strava? Post a link please.

And if you expect help, you really need to cooperate. The fact that you’ve enabled gps doesn't mean that the activities are recorded with gps data. Anyway, let's look at a sample activity once you post it here.

Cmaneotis was am having SAME issue with new Fitbit sense 2 and NO help from Strava. VERY frustrating!!! Did you ever figure it out?
