I upgraded an account I don't use. Can I close the account and transfer the subscription to the account I actually use? Thanks

This is the wrong place to ask this question.  All subscription questions and requests have to be raised with Strava Support via a support ticket; the Community Hub can’t sort these issues. 
 

Please be aware that the Support Team are struggling with a large backlog of requests right now so please be patient with them.
