We are expecting the fix to go out soon - once the fix is out, we’ll be sure to update this thread and let you know!  Hello all, I'm having an issue when trying to zoom out on a map screen where it starts to zoom out to see anything an area but then the whole screen goes white like a cloud cover & i can't see anything. This does it on my own maps aswell as friends maps. Strava has been updated to the latest version & is running on an android s24 . 

Why now do I see “CO2 saved” on the downloaded map when its not a commute but just a ride? I could give a toss on any ride how much CO2 I save or create. How do I get rid of this on the saved maps?

Clicking on the media doesn’t do anything. If I clicked ok the most left media, it exits the profile page. And if I clicked on the most right media (All Media), it goes to setting coz the icons overlap.

Try as I might I can’t seem to suss out the path I have to follow that’d bring me to a ‘delete these pics’ button. Seems like it should be in Profile, but for the life of me I’m just not there yet.I managed earlier in the week to stumble onto it, as much for adding an avatar image as to show some scenes from activities I’ve engaged in. Now it’s time to clear out some space, but I can’t find my way back to where that can be accomplished.Any/all appropriate suggestions welcome, thanks!

To my surprise I have a difficult hill climb.  The Hill is Challenging for All activities.. Walk, Run, or Ride.Why is something so simple not available in Strava yet.  I created the segment in a Walk, but can’t track the segment in a public segment.  Is there a link I can submit my feedback.. Thank you, Scott.

I conduct the Kora Cycling Challenge in Nepal since the past 15 years - this year, our challenge got 6200+ riders to ride in about 20 locations in Nepal and also about five locations worldwide - including Vancouver, Sydney, Laos, Scotland and three locations in the US. It is widely popular.Have formed a Club as well only called Kora Challenge - that lists the events on the Mother location - Kathmandu - loops of 50kms, 75kms, 100kms and 165km around the valley - with the last one having a 4000+m altitude gain. Every year, riders do about 300,000 kms in total - about 7.5 times around the earth - in one day.Wanted to work with Strava to make this into a Public Challenge - so that athletes could do their koras anywhere on the globe.This happens on the Third saturday of every July - next one on 18th July 2026. Want to know if this is in any way possible, or is the CLUB my only way to get people to join - btw, already over 1000 athletes in the club!Check out www.korachallenge.com or social m

I have a back up android phone (no sim) that I like too use as an off line map on gravel rides.I used to have my downloaded routes (using wifi) with global heatmap and the back-to-facing-north compass-button. I would combine it with a “real compass to check if I was on the path, that I thought, and if I lost my way or got uncertain the heatmap helped a lot to read the layout of paths in forests so that I could identify my location and get back on track. Same features were useful if I changed plans and wanted to ride an improvised route.This doesn't appear to work as well as it did some time ago:one thing: The compass-button has disappeared (there's a separate topic that goes two months back). It's critical” to know north on the map, and since it rotates quite easily...I don't have to explain.another thing: a week ago or so when I accessed my downloaded maps off line the heatmap wasn't with it any longer. My friend bought a family plan using my credit card but I am now I am unable to join even though we are both in India. I was travelling for 3 weeks in the UK last month when my individual subscription expired and now I only see GBP prices and have been unable to join even though I am back and have logged multiple activities here.

Please, could someone help me to understand the chart attached.what does it means the gray and red chart? during the exercise my watch does not measure the heart rate and i think that the gray is the beating during these moments. Is that? 

It seems that after my Export of my Data to Excel, I am getting a huge number for Time (seconds?) and what may be the distance in kilometers (see below).How do I get the Elapsed Time field in hours:minutes:seconds so I can tally and format in Excel?How do I set the DIstance to be in Miles (not what appears to be kilometers) such as 6.75 Miles? Hi, i am using the new Strava template with transparent background for my bike ride, which so far were showing kilometer, Time, and positive elevation but my last few bike ride were only showing Time, kilometer, and CO2 saved (which always shows as 0 btw) i didnt change any thing in the settings, ils only on my 3 last bike ride i see the same data as before on the activity, but not on the template with transparent background (first one you see when you click share)

I am a Strava subscriber. My connected followers have their power curve and power charts displayed in their Strava app. Also displays under results. I am not able to see this under my profile, only estimated power zones (which has always been there).Is the additional power curve graph and new power results a new feature? How do I enable? I have my bike weight and body weight configured - still nothing.

Why isn't there an option to see all my saved routes on the map at once? Since the map can show multiple nearby routes that are "powered by community data," then why isn't there a way to show just my routes? I don't want to have to go to my saved list and click individually for that single route to show on the map. I want a visual showing all of them.

Using my web browser, I could log in to my strava account on Friday 21 Feb. However, since Sunday 23 February, I have been unable to log in to my strava account. The log in page keeps refreshing when I click on the log in button, but doesn’t do anything. Please help.

Strava fitness score jumps up big % when I go for a long bike ride. Would love to see Pogacar (or other pros) fitness graph right now during the tour.. Please reply Tadej 😉 

Hello,I have a Fitbig Versa and since the start of the year, none of my activities have been syncing to Strava. Prior to that, everything was syncing as I’d expect, so I’m not sure what happened that it stopped doing it now. I have gone to strava.fitbit.com multiple times and synced the two, all the permissions are allowed, etc. I’m not sure what else could be an issue that wasn’t an issue last year.TYIA!

Hi, My Fitbit Versa 4 is no longer syncing automatically to Strava after runs. All permissions are on and linked, been like it since start of Jan 2025. The GPS function is also on the watch too. So annoying, was thinking of taking out a subscription too, not gonna happen now! 😂

I upgraded an account I don't use. Can I close the account and transfer the subscription to the account I actually use? Thanks 

Hello Strava Developer Team, I am developing a non-commercial web application to support a charity marathon event in Japan.The app connects with Strava to collect each participant’s running data and displays a leaderboard to motivate runners. The event is organized by a volunteer group, and we plan to limit participants to under 100 people.The app only uses the read and activity:read scopes to fetch participants' run distances during the event period. I kindly request an increase to the athlete authorization limit for my application so more runners can connect their Strava accounts. Thank you for your support and consideration. Best regards,

Please provide a SORT OPTION for My Strava Segments. Having over 500 segments managing them is a nightmare, especially when Garmin limits the number to 100 (Garmin says it is Strava that is the problem here). Rather than indulging in AI gimmickry (that mainly describes the obvious and is therefore of little use), please sort out the (easy) basics first..

How long does it usually take for Strava support to respond?

I'd like to request a refund for a subscription that was automatically deducted from my account.

I recently opened a chat about my best efforts not updating on runs. I’ve tried to refresh segments, change activity from ride back to run and also used the “correct distance” but nothing is working. I,ve attached a picture of my activity as an example. Even though there is barely a minute in the time, it should still show as a Best Effort. Also today I did a 10 km run and it said I did a PR but it was slower than my last 10km. It was my longest run but that isn’t showing in my best efforts. I know some comments have said that elapsed time is considered with PRs?? Even taking that into consideration, my best efforts times don’t reflect that and I’m sure that when it says you’ve done a PR then in fact, that should be your best time. How can you effectively train to get better if the times/PRs are wrong. Frustrated with Strava...it’s my no 1 training tool and I don’t feel like any of the times are accurate!
