Hello, when I upload my swimming activity from Polar Flow to Strava I always encounter the following issue. The swimming distance on Strava is consistently one meter shorter and Strava always includes the rest time in the total activity time. This results in inaccurate time and distance data. Is there a solution to this?

Hi all, I have been able to sync activities from HUAWEI health to Strava for over a year now but in the last month and a half it has stopped uploading new activities to Strava. Does anyone else have this issue? I have done everything suggested on the websites etc I have uninstalled and reinstalled, made sure all the sync settings are correct and ensured Strava is linked but still not working 

Hi,15 minutes ago I wanted to try out a 1 month free trial I got offered both via mail and in the app itself to try out the member function. I thought why not? Clicked through and was shocked when I saw that I got billed 75 euros for a 1 year subscription. There is nothing anymore in the app or in my iTunes account about a free trial. Canceled it immediately but now it says that the subscription runs until 14.11.2026. what is this scam? I want a full refund - not interested anymore in this membership. 

Hi all,This is not the usual issue of iFit not syncing at all with Strava, as mine syncs most of the time.I am set up so that every time I complete a ride on my NordicTrack studio bike, iFit shares the workout with Strava, but every now and then I will do a ride and it will not sync, no matter what I try.This afternoon I completed two workouts and even though they are both showing on the. iFit calendar, only the first has migrated across to Strava. It will be working fine for another week or so, then will happen again.It happened a few times last year which I wasn’t too fussed about, but I use Strava as my main workout diary and decided to exercise every day in January. Everything migrated across without issue until January 12th, where Strava thinks I had a rest day, whereas today is actually day 18 of exercise.I know it’s not the end of the world, but rather frustrating all the same and I’m hoping if it’s a known issue, there might be an easy fix, outside of rebooting and reinstalling

Hey all,I have been trying to get this figured out and I am stumped.  My emergency contact accidentally responded "off" to the automated Strava Beacon text and now they are no longer receiving my strava beacons when I head out for a run.  Anyone else dealt with this?  Do you have any ideas on how to reenable the strava beacon texts? I use a garmin and have had no previous issues.Thanks!

after a training the Strava app allows different things to be hidden to the public. Like heart rate. Is there a specific reason why it is not possible to hide cadence? In some cases I would like to be able to hide it. My request would be to also make it an additional field that can be hidden.

My Activity Feed on the Dashboard is missing on the desktop. It's there on the mobile app but not on the desktop.

Recently our users sync activity to strava,  the api status code is 201, but they can’t find their activity in strava app. Our oauth2 app client id is 15011,  the response is like:{ "activity_id": null, "error": null, "external_id": "e5e62cba-c9b2-4f21-912f-588e54ed97fb.fit", "athelete_id": 134004803, "upload_id": 17517421023, "id_str": "17517421023", "status": "Your activity is still being processed."}My problem is why our user can’t see the uploaded activity. Another problem, our App has exceeded the limit of connected athletes.Given the gradual increase in our app's user base and their strong affinity for Strava, we require additional quotas for uploading activity data to Strava.Could you tell us how to request a quota increase?  Thank you.

This was from today in the morning. I was just going around a normal oval shaped small track i think its like 1/8th of a mile per full rotation. Idk whats going on and why it did that mess. Its on the second floor of a gym maybe thats why? Is it okay for me to put my phone in my pocket while strava runs? Should i put the location to always on? I also have an apple watch so this makes it even weirder since it should be more accurate. I redownloaded the app and ill be seeing if the same issue happens again tmrw.

Steps:Connect external bluetooth HRM (in this case polar’s arm band) to Apple Watch Do a workout on Apple Watch using apple’s app. Import to StravaWorkout on Strava did not contain any HR data! I do get HR data if i don’t use an external HRM though. If I look at the workout in the apple fitness app, i do see the HR data from the external HRM.I believe this is an issue with Strava only selecting the HR data from the Apple Watch source. In Health App → Heart Rate → Data Sources & Access, you can see the Data Sources, including any external HRM. Note: this happened today, but yesterday it did work.Note 2: just did a test again and seems to work 💀still weird why that one run didnt

When I sync my ski activity from Slopes to Strava, the lift ascents are being counted as ski runs. In Slopes, runs and lifts are correctly separated, but Strava merges them, which inflates total distance, time, and elevation stats. It seems Strava isn’t recognizing Slopes’ lift/run data properly.  

Hola,Tengo un reloj marca Huaweii que se vincula con Strava pero solo me deja pasar la actividad de carrera, el resto he de pasarlas de forma manual. Cuando voy al gimnasio, no me deja especificar al introducir de forma manual la actividad ni las calorías ni la FC que me ha calculado el reloj. Lo veo incongruente con que, por ejemplo, sí que dé la opción de introducir km en la opción de “entrenamiento con pesas”.Por tanto, ¿sería posible que al introducir una actividad manual se pueda introducir el dato de kcal y el de FC?Me ocurre lo mismo con natación, Strava no me deja pasar directamente la actividad y siempre tengo que volcarla de forma manual, pero al introducir los datos no puedo introducirlos todos y la actividad queda muy vacía.Gracias. I've been using Outdooractive (formerly ViewRanger) for several years now. I decided to sign up for Strava to check it out. It looks like it might be a better option for what I need but I'm having a little problem moving over data.I exported all my "tracks" from Outdooractive to GPX files as well as FIT files. This was a pain to do one by one, but it's done. However, when I try to import them into Strava, it doesn't bring over the title for each, which is pretty important to me. If I open one of the GPX files in Notepad++, it correctly shows the name of the track within the <name> and </name> element tags that are within the <trk> and </trk>. But it doesn't bring them over into Strava's activity for the title - instead, it just defaults to things like "Afternoon Run."Is that expected behavior? I don't want to manually have to change all of these in Strava. Can I make changes to the GPX files before importing them into Strava so it'll carry over the names of

Hello, I've just found out I didn't cancel my subscription and apparently it was written off less then two weeks ago and I just noticed yesterday.. can I please cancel and refund the subscription since I wont need it coming time and its a big chunk out of the budget? 

Hi, a couple of my runs are not showing in my club stats but are showing in my overall weekly stats for last week. I know which ones that aren’t showing and my settings on them are no different to before (as far as I can see) Visibility is not hidden from clubs. Any idea how I get it to sync back up? I have logged out of both app and website versions  

Hi All, I use Strava on my Apple Watch Series 6.  For the past few weeks (since last OS update), elevation gains (outdoor ride) have been way off, reporting at least double what they should be.  Is anyone else experiencing the same?  I removed and reinstalled Strava on my watch and phone, but that hasn't made any difference.

For a few weeks Strava is showing my milage for the year as an incredibly high number. I have also lost past data on the graph Any help on how to set this back to the correct numbers will be grateful recieved.Thankyou  

Currently i have an application integrated with Strava. However, the access token I’m using has expired, and I can no longer retrieve the latest activity data from Strava. What should I do to ensure my application remains connected to Strava?  

Apparently streaks has been live on the app for two or three days now but even though my app is updated I can’t find them anywhere. I checked under the progress tab as well as other areas. Anyone else not seeing streaks?!

Am at a loss to understand no logged runs / attendees show in any of our events. The club is for a parkrun so the start time should not be an issue, it will always be close to 9amInitially there was no route logged for the events but I created and added one a few weeks backI since noticed that start & end 100m of my own runs were hidden & have just now changed thisOthers in the group who logged the same run did not have the setting on to hide their starts & endsMy activities are visible to EVERYONE. Any one else has this issue & worked out what was wrong?
