Apparently streaks has been live on the app for two or three days now but even though my app is updated I can’t find them anywhere. I checked under the progress tab as well as other areas. Anyone else not seeing streaks?!

Hi ​@austinkbrady, the announcement says that the feature is only rolling out - so some people may see it later than others. I’d give it a couple of days.

It’s been months now and I still don’t have visibility of streaks. All my friends do and those with more recent accounts can see streaks. It’s pretty frustrating. Have checked all my settings, emailed support but no response. For a new feature it is taking awfully long to roll out. Quite disappointed but don’t know what more I can do?

​@Jan_Mantau my Strava version is 423.0.1 (r49215). I update my apps daily so pretty sure it’s the latest version


​@Jan_Mantau i have logged in and out, uninstalled and reinstalled. Logged onto Strava on another device (that was showing streaks) but streaks weren’t visible to me. Changed my account to email from an apple linked account. Privacy settings are open and I am active multiple times a week. I am a Strava subscriber, host my workplace Strava group so very familiar with the app. I am not sure what more I can do? It feels like an account issue (based on logging onto another phone and not having visibility of streaks) but I am at a loss to any further reason. Appreciate any assistance. 


​@Jan_Mantau last note. I just created a new Strava account with an alternative email and I can see streak straight away… sigh. Perhaps it really is still rolling out and I am at the end of the rollout schedule. 


If you see streaks with another account on the same device then it really seems it’s not enabled for your regular account yet. Except of waiting I don’t think you can do anything about that.

I have the same problem and reported to support. I hope this will be solved quickly 


Was this fixed for anyone? I’m still experiencing this issue 


Experiencing the same issue. No streaks whatsoever.

Reached out to support, but no update after providing more information a week ago. It feels like a totally random bug. I am on the latest version of iOS and app.

Hopefully they can resolve this for all of us!


I got a reply back from support. It has been fixed for me now, finally Streaks! 
Dunno what it was, but reaching out to support should eventually help. Good luck all of you.
