Cannot open app. Splash page with Strava logo shows up then app immediately closes. Have tried clearing cache and data. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. Still crashing. Android error message states there is a bug in the app and it cannot open. Android v12. Strava v424.12

I tried to connect my strava at kiprun of decathlon. But it say that too much people have allready do that, I cant do it because of the kota. If you have seen that or know what to do, I am interested. (Sorry for my english). Thank you

When i want to connect my strava to an other app to transfer my runs from there (app Decathlon)It work but since today 17 august 2025I cant connect bc strava told me that:Strava Error 403: Logged-in athlete limit exceeded This app has exceeded its logged-in athlete limit. If you are developing this app, contact Strava Developer Support to learn how to request an increase in your quota.

What happened with URLs? Looks like URLs are being automatically removed from posts, so it's being a little bit more complicated to share for example Strava Challenges from clubs with friends.

Good morning, I am contacting you to request a refund regarding an annual Strava subscription that was automatically renewed. A month ago, my friend Marin offered me to take advantage of the free one-month subscription to Strava. I accepted and added my credit card to benefit from this free trial. However, today I was charged €60 for an annual subscription that I did not want to renew. I am a minor and this purchase was made in error. This amount represents a significant portion of my savings, which took me almost two years to accumulate. I did not intend to continue with the paid subscription and would like to request a refund. Hey guys, I am trying to create a route, but automatic mode won't let me use one part of the route and offers detour (that does not make sense). Where does the Strava get the info from, there was a closure in that area some months ago, but it is open right now. thanks

I walk and ski.  On the app and website for skiing it shows the descent labelled vertical. On the app and website for walking it shows the steps.  But neither the API nor the JSON I get from the activity end point has this metric.Thoughts?  Where can I get it? DAvid

Hello!I see that there are many, many Strava apps available. I am looking for one that will provide an MS Excel output report for a set of approximately 300 segments (which I have listed), showing which ones I am the Local Legend (and how far back the #2 person is on the leaderboard), as well as the ones where I am not the Local Legend (and how close I am to the #1 person on the leaderboard). Does anyone know if such an app already exists? Is there an efficient method to checking the available apps to see if there is one with such functionality?Thank you,Dennis

Hello, I’ve just bought a Decathlon CW500 cardio watch and I’m trying to connect it to my Strava account, but an error message appears saying that there are too many athletes connected and that the quota needs to be increased. Who should I contact? How can I successfully connect the two applications? 

I use an indoor exercise bike regularly. Until recently, I added is as a manual activity and could record the distance ridden according to the display on the bike. I now have a Samsung Galaxy watch and installed Strava on it. I record it as an Indoor Ride and the data is synced to Strava correctly. But I cannot find out  how to add the mileage. I tried Strava support but they just sent me to some pointless help pages which I had already tried (and in some cases, the page was actually wrong).Is it possible to add mileage to a Strava Indoor Ride? Thank you.

On the power curve tab for some recent activities, I only see the last 6 weeks curve but not the currently viewed activity curve. If I click on "zone distribution" or "25w distribution" I just get a spinner and the data never loads (see screenshot below). The power data appears to show fine in the timeline view in the "overview" section, but for some reason the more detailed views don't show the data or don't ever load. Any idea how I can see the power data for my rides? Thanks!

I'm trying to use file upload on the Upload and Sync Your Activities page. I have 400 activities to upload from TCX files, limited to 15 files at a time by the page. I can upload 30 files in 2 batches, and then I get an error: You've exceeded the maximum number of uploads. Please try again later. Does the file upload have a rate limit? A limit of 30 files per 24 hours (?) would be annoyingly low.

I have a Strava group set up with over 200 members and I like to encourage them by adding a comment when I canHowever, after about 20 or so comments, I do not seem to be able to post anymore as an error comes up Why is there a comment posts limit, it's not very good if I can only reach 5% of my Strava group

I would like to suggest a way of visualising all your past logged activity in Strava on a World Map. I personally travel a lot and never loose an opportunity of recording a run, walk, hike or gym session from anywhere I am. I would love to be able, with the click of a button, to just visualise all the countries where I exercised and I think many other users would appreciate this feature. I know of the personal heat map feature, but it doesn’t really work well when you zoom out on a world-level scale. I’m thinking more something like a coloured dot or something else to mark a location where the user exercised.Thank you for considering my request, I hope this might help contributing to the development of the app!All the best, Arianna

Activities that use the 3D terrain map type aren’t displaying correctly on the web version of Strava? Logged out and back in, tried incognito mode, and a different browser, but no difference.

I had an annual membership that I started through Strava, not a third party, I cancelled that a couple months before I was charged again. I was still charged and I show a free membership. Contacted support over a week ago, replied to the email and noting from Strava. I am going to contact my bank and mark this as fraud. I will never pay for another membership or use Strava again. A company is only as good as its support,
