On the mobile app, under Progress there is a recap of the last calendar month. I’m curious if there is a way to get the recap for months older than that.I hadn’t noticed that you could download them until May 2022 and I’d like to have all 12 months of possible.Any help would be appreciated!

I couldn’t find this question (but maybe I’m a bad searcher).  I have an app that uses my API key which works great.  Athletes can use the app and it works great.  I’m in the process of building a separate app, but notice that to setup the API it seems to only let me have one app.  I’ve looked through most of the documentation, and it doesn’t specify that I can’t create multiple apps...but I don’t want to break any ToS gothcas.  So if I have a mapping app, and a streak\data app, can I use the same API connection?  Do I need to setup a different type of profile?  Do I need to setup an additional athlete profile (that seems weird...)

My old activities from garmin didn't sync to Strava when i connected garmin but new activities get synced to Strava

In the last few weeks all my group activities do not display the With other riders. It just suddenly disappeared. Yesterday I rode with 12 riders, and most of them are on Strava and I follow/they follow.  but none of them show. I have deep dived into my settings and cannot see what the issue is. most frustrating.Also, I used to get AI generated ride summaries , and in recent months they also disappeared.

can i request a refund for a mistaken subscription charge on my account. I accidentally subscribed to a one-year plan, and the payment was auto-deducted without my notice. Unfortunately, I used my school allowance for this transaction, and I am currently in urgent need of the funds!!!!

Whenever I go to the Map section, I can’t look for Gravel rides, even though it says I should be able toI can create one myself, but can only see either road ride, ou mountain bikes rides.Anyone facing the same issue? I have the full subscription. Thanks for your help! 

Hello,I have been updating my activities (changing the activity type from “Ride” to “Mountain Bike Ride”), but when I click Save, Strava does not update the activity.  I would estimate that this happens in 1/3 of the updates.After I change an activity I have to verify that the change was made.  Sometimes I have to edit an activity multiple times for the change to be saved.I have been having this issue for a long time (a year or more) so it is not related to the recent AWS outage.This issue occurs on both the app and web. Has anyone else had this problem?  Has anyone reported it to Strava?  Am I doing something wrong?

Hello, until recently it was possible to show (personal and/or global) heatmaps in the "Maps" and "Record" Mode in the Android App by selecting them in the layer-filter. This selection is still possible, but: although selected, the heatmaps are just not shown in the map! It's broken just for me? Or is that a new bug? Is there any way else to see heatmaps in the Android App apart from viewing a finished activity? (Whichs trace obstructs the heatmap...🙄)Thanks!

I don't have a sports year and I'm a subscriber. I've tried everything: updating the app, deleting and redownloading it, logging out and back in... What else can I do?

When I view an activity, mine or someone else’s, the map isn’t visible and instead a message is displayed, “Error occured in map rendering engine.”When I see activities in the feed or on my profile, the summary/overview maps do show.I’ve tried the following without success:logging in and out clearing cookies clearing cache using a different browser. Problem is happening in Chrome, Chrome (incognito), Firefox.Using a Windows 11 machine, web browser.

Hi, I was going through my challenges and I misread “redeem” and accidentally left the ride 200k challenge for December. I can’t rejoin as the period is over and I have now lost my trophy for this. Is there any way to get this back? Cycling is my main sport and I’ve been trying so hard to keep up the ride 200k a month streak and now i’ve ruined it with my fat fingers and a phone. 

For about a week now Strava has been taking about 1:30 to even load the app all the way on my Pixel 6a. After a couple taps on the screen then you have to wait another 1:30 for the next screen. I only use mobile data. Before everything was fine. I've tried clearing the cache, reinstalling the app and even going back an older version. When installing the app it takes forever to install. I've tried various permission settings with the same result. Updated the Android to the latest version. If I log out of the app it goes to a blank gray screen but disabling the 5G internet, Strava login screen pops up and have to renable the 5g and then log back in waiting another 1:30 for everything to load. I've connected my device to another mobile phone with the same result.

We’re not receiving any webhook events, and nothing is hitting our server, even though activities are updating on Strava.We’ve checked our config and server logs, and everything looks fine on our end.Just want to see if this is a broader issue.Thanks!

Since Strava is not listening, Im calling on ebike riders to fix this problem ourselves.1. Find the existing segments you normally ride, 2. Go ride them on your ebike and upload as an ebike ride.3. Create the same segments but as ebike segments, with similar naming but with an "e" infront.If all of us do this for all the routes we ride, we can fix this ourselves.

I experience this with all the “schaatsen” segments on the ice track of the Jaap Eden baan in Amsterdam. How come? 

 Hello dear community,unfortunately, after my walks, no step count is displayed in the activity feed, only the altitude. Is there somewhere I can set this? I record my walks and other activities with a Garmin Forerunner 265.Thank you for your help!

I took an FTP test a month ago and got a new FTP. But I forgot to enter it back then. I’ve always been able to go in an enter an updated FTP in the past and apply the date of the test to the updated FTP which would then be applied to subsequent activities. That is gone. Can I do this somewhere else?

On the leaderboard the “today” stat is missing. I love that stat so I can see how my friends did on that segment. Is it gone for good? 

Hello,I recently finished the London marathon with the activity recording on my Apple Watch.  My watch was running low on battery, but I managed to finish the race with some battery left. I completed it on my watch and got the usual readout of statistics. However following this my watch ran out of battery and I don’t think it uploaded onto my actual account as it is not showing up on my Strava account. Is there any way of recovering saved runs which haven’t been uploaded? Thanks 

Hi allI am aware what users can change units (metric/imperial) in Strava settings, however, this then applies to all activities.  Is it possible to select different units by sport. extra, I want to show metres for swimming and miles for cycling.   

There's an odd discrepancy between the route edit mode and viewing the saved route. (Note - I’m not using routes too much so I might have missed something obvious, just let me know if that's the case - or, if this is already discussed, please point me to the right direction, I haven't found an existing thread.)Steps: downloaded a gpx file prepared by a race organiser (source: here) logged into Strava (web version) > Create route > Import GPX choose route name, select sport type (running), save open the Strava app (iOS mobile app) > Maps > saved routes > open the most recently saved route Expected result: when opening the saved route in the mobile app, the route should correspond to the designed path accurately Actual result: it seems that waypoints are missing or rather ignored, because when I open the route in the mobile app in the Edit mode, it seems correct - as on the attached screenshots: in the Edit mode, the route pretty much sticks to the actual path (heatmap), b

Why am I seeing two very different cycling distance/elevation totals for this month? For example, the total in the 800K challenge is currently 691 km, but when I go down into the overall standings, I'm only shown with 611 km. Elevation challenges shows 6,114 m at the top, but then 5,121 m when I go down to my ranking. I have not entered any cycling events manually this month.

I am experiencing an issue where my club’s recent activities stopped updating a few hours ago. Although members have been recording and submitting new activities.Anyone is experiencing this right now? Or is there currently an outage with Strava service?
