Olá, preciso de ajuda. Sou assinante pagante e desde o dia 12/09/2025 estou enfrentando um problema. Realizei uma corrida de 5 km com tempo de 28:47 (tempo de movimento) que deveria ser registrada como meu novo RP1. Porém, o Strava não atualizou corretamente e continua mostrando apenas recordes anteriores. Já abri múltiplos tickets de suporte, mas todos foram fechados automaticamente sem solução. Estou anexando prints que comprovam o erro. Solicito, por favor, que este caso seja revisado manualmente.(Hello, I need help. I’m recovering from a stroke, so can only walk, but if I go into My Activites I only see distance and time,  I t would be useful to have Average speed too,  and for me,  Average Pace length

One app I developed has been approved and is currently live. I now wish to develop another app. In doing so, would it be possible to request an additional client ID? This is because the callback domain is different. https://share.hsforms.com/1VXSwPUYqSH6IxK0y51FjHwcnkd8Upon reviewing the application form at the above URL, I noticed the “Additional Apps” section mentions “staging, development, etc.” Does this mean a single Strava account can hold multiple client IDs? If so, please advise how to request the addition of a client ID.

I walk, take a bus or train, then restart to walk. I would like Strava to calculate only the part where I walk but I didn’t find a solution except start-finish and then start-finish a second time. And then add the 2 distances, the 2 times,… and how can I handle the average bmp and the rest? I tried using Pause during my bus/train use, but Strava still considers that I walked during the Pause and add the m or km to the total. I don’t want that! 

Hi runners,I cancelled my subscription as my partner suggested we join the family plan. However, when she sends me the invititation, the page reads that i cannot join the plan and need to live in the same country.We are both set to the same city and country in our Strava profiles. Did anybody else encounter this problem? Any solutions? Thank you guys! It somehow feels a bit demotivating to run and not have my premium features.Kind regards,JJ

I follow my brother and he follows me. He is a subscriber. Recently he posted a screenshot of the map of his last activity, swimming in a lake. I accessed Strava to have a better look of it but HE DOESN’T have any activity!

I was confused when i finished my running program today, I finished the 13200 program in pace 4:50-5:00, and my stopwatch results was 15:41, while the finish time on Strava was 15:07, DUDE?! This app took 34 seconds off me? Please fix it.

Is there a bug on the Pace Zones? My p/km numbers changed drastically today and the variation is vast in values on Zone 1-3 and displays the same values (<5:33-5:33) from.Zone 4-6. Something is just off. *I meant Pace Zone Bug in the topic. Unable to edit...

I use Strava mostly for riding.  Has anyone noticed a dramatic drop in their fitness score recently?  I was out of town for 4 days and my score went from 81 down to 37 and I even logged a run while I was out of town.  I don’t understand how this could be.  I look at it after every ride so this is strange.  I have asked others to check their scores and they don’t see any big drop.  I looked for updates but there is no announcement of one related to fitness score changes.  

I’ve been using the api/v3/activities/{id}/streams?keys=time,watts in a web application for roughly 3 years with no problems. This last week, suddenly, the exact same API call seems to be returning data with gaps: not starting with the same timestamp as the .fit file (ie, missing the first 200 or so values) and skipping one or two seconds of power data throughout the stream (ie, like Swiss cheese, full of holes)Is this my problem or Strava??

Good evening,Is it possible to give directions in maps, like turn left in 200 meters? Today i rode a route which contained a few roads which i had to ride more than once. Then it is not possible to see if you have to turn left or right at the end of the road or at a t split when both are part of the route.Thanks, René Kleverwal Netherlands

Hi,I got the following error when trying to fetch from activities/xxx/streams:Access to fetch at 'https://www.strava.com/api/v3/activities/15565079206/streams?keys=latlng&key_by_type=true' from origin 'https://strava-mapy.com' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.When debugging in chrome, I can see on “Network tab” no Access-Control-Allow-Origin response header for activities/xxx/streams request:It seems like a bug. It must have disappeared recently because I remember two weeks ago it worked fine.I also noticed that other methods work fine - let’s see for example response headers for /activities method:Could you check it, please? Can you add Access-Control-Allow-Origin back to activities/xxx/streams method?Thanks a lot,Jan

New user here. I see the section at the bottom of the screenshots which implies trail reports, but it looks like it’s for reporting a violation of some kind when I click through. Is this actually a section where people’s reports of violations show up or is it intended to be trail reports like Trailforks? A user on Reddit has some insight but is this a relic of a previous feature or something that will be coming?  

I frequently see KOM or fastest times for segments for running at speeds at which it is impossible to run, (above 25km/hr or whatever). Can't there be an algorithm applied to the segments placings which deletes these impossible times? You can't run 58km/hour. Not too dificult to filter out these times when a certain sport is chosen.

I can't mention someone in an activity comment using the App but it works when on website. If there is user restriction to not be mentioned, why it works on website?

Hello,Did Strava change its method to calculate relative effort ? I’m seeing much higher scores starting this week for comparable efforts.See those two activities for example :https://www.strava.com/activities/15633274060/overviewhttps://www.strava.com/activities/15704488083/overview There is no discrepancy in my HR data.  

H there, I ge ta fitness and freshness graph fine when I select relative effort, but when I select power I get nothing.  Why is this?   I have been riding with power meters for a couple of years now ...

I connected my "gymbook" app to apple health today for the fist time and now my workout is not showing on Strava at all. I have search for the workout everywhere on strava, but no luck. it is showing on my apple fitness though.How do I get the workouts to register on Strava?

Hi there, I downloaded Strava in Switzerland but whenever I attempt to change the location, it would only let me change the city and the state, but never the country, so it always gives me something like “NY, United States, Switzerland”. Is it possible to connect the bike to work mobile app to Strava? The idea would be, that participants to the bike to work Challenge in May and June could transfer their Strava data to the bike to work mobile app to avoid having to enter routes manually on the bike to work mobile app. This would involve only rides marked as ‘commute’. If so, how should the developers of the bike to work mobile app proceed?
