Hello I have just bought a Apple Watch and now I see that I can’t put routes fro Strava to my watch, like Garmins turn by turn. can I do something or do I have to by another watch ? 

Earlier, when I clicked on "Share", I used to see multiple options — one with only stats, one with map and stats, etc. But now I can see only one option, which is the transparent one.I have made the activity visible to everyone and removed all privacy restrictions, but it still shows only one sharing option.

can i request a refund for a mistaken subscription charge on my account. I accidentally subscribed to a one-year plan, and the payment was auto-deducted without my notice. Unfortunately, I used my school allowance for this transaction, and I am currently in urgent need of the funds!!!!

Hi everyone, I recently upgraded from an Apple Watch Series 7 to a Series 11 and since then I’ve been having issues with how my workouts appear in Strava. When I record workouts in the Apple Workout app, they sync to Strava via Apple Health but the source always shows as “Apple Health” instead of “Apple Watch Series 11”In the Strava app on my iPhone, under Settings → Manage apps and devices, I constantly see the message “Accept permissions for Apple Watch” — even though I’ve already granted all permissions. What I’ve tried so far:Reinstalled Strava on both my iPhone and Apple Watch Restarted both devices Revoked and re-granted all Apple Health permissions (Workouts, Heart Rate, etc.) Checked Motion & Fitness permissions are enabled Reconnected Strava to Health multiple times Despite all this, the message still appears and Strava is not recognising my Series 11 correctly. Has anyone else experienced this with a newer Apple Watch model? Anyone else noticed this recent change on the webpage?I have just noticed that under 'Profile' and ‘My Stats’ activities are now being displayed  showing the activity total time rather than the moving time of the activity.I'm sure most people would much rather see their efforts recorded showing moving or effort time, rather than a total time that may include all manner of stops!Any advice on how to change back would be very welcome.Strava ‘support’ were no help BTW.

Is there a way I can have all my Zwift rides uploaded to my Strava but not be published? I want to continue having my real world rides published but not Zwift. Obviously I can quickly choose to make it “Only Me” to see afterwards but I would rather not have to do that every time.One thought I had was making all work outs private until I hit “Everyone” for viewing but I don’t want all my previous real world rides to be hidden. Any help would be great. I have a Stryd power pod and use it for all my runs.   Strava used to show my average power but several weeks ago it replaced power with calories.  How can I get my power numbers back?

Hi, how can I connect my honor band 9 to Strava? Everytime I try it ends with error 403 

I am trying to connect the SailingWatch app to my Strava account, but I keep receiving the following error:403: Exceeded connected athletes limit.Could you please clarify what this error means and advise me on how to resolve it so I can successfully link the app to Strava?Thank you in advance for your support.

The Quick Edit is a great feature that makes it easy to quickly edit a recent activity. But it would be even more useful if shoes/gear was part of it. Runners tend to use different shoes for different kind of runs. And tracking the shoe usage is already a great feature but it’s currently a bit annoying to have to do it in so many steps. 

Posting here rather than on the Strava Club post hoping Strava staff will see it. Checking out “New! Adventure at your fingertips – literally” email about the Mobile Route Builder and found a bit of weirdness while trying to set a test route in an area I had a problem with on another platform.  I’ve saved the route if anyone in the support team wants to check it out.  I’m in Mountain Bike Ride mode, I would like to be able to move a route off of singletrack and onto a parallel driveway ( the singletrack isn’t anything special and one end of it is garbage so it’s easier to just use the driveway ).  The problem is you can’t move the point to the driveway.  It keeps bouncing back to the singletrack.  If I try to draw the line by hand it errors with ‘Route could not update.  Try again later.’  Ideally it would follow the green highlight shown below.  The gps coordinates are  39.332827, -76.870197 if you want to see it for yourself.  Maybe I’m doing it wrong?   

When i record my outdoor rows, it displays speed and cadence but for some reason it's stopped displaying splits which is the most important but. My Garmin captures and displays this data, and it used to show on strava but doesn't now for some reason. My rowing friends still have it on their activities in strava so it's really odd! Any ideas? 

App show both miles and km measurements. One in parenthesis is something. If I bike XXkm, it could show on app as XXkm(XXmi).

I’ve noticed that in the activity feed, sometimes the activity shows the elapsed time, and other times it shows the moving time.For example, last weekend and this weekend I did bike rides with similar distance and elevation. On both rides I even got a new PR for my longest distance. However, last weekend the feed showed the moving time, while this weekend it displayed the elapsed time.Could you explain why this difference happens, and what determines whether Strava shows elapsed time or moving time in the feed?Could it be related to the fact that this weekend’s ride was a group ride?And finally, is it possible to choose or change which one is displayed?

Hello,I would like to use my new Zepp watch to record my activities and then upload them to Strava.The instructions read for step 3: Tap unlink...I am unable to find the unlink button.I’m not that technically inclined. Can someone help me find the ‘unlink’ button please?   Ps: Here are the full instructions. I got stuck at step 3:Here's how to set up Amazfit's activity data sync to Strava:From the Zepp app, select Profile from the top right icon. Select 3rd-party account linking and then select Strava on the next page. Tap Unlink and you'll be prompted to log into your Strava account. Select Sign up if you don't already have a Strava account. Enable the option to "Upload your activities from Zepp to Strava" and select Authorize. Once the apps are connected, successfully synced activities will automatically be pushed to your Strava account.

I recently had my athlete capacity increase request approved.At first time, the athletes allows is 999.Currently, I have 989 connected athletes.I emailed the Strava team to request a higher limit and was advised to submit a new request.After submitting again, the request was approved — but the capacity still shows only 999 athletes.Could someone from Strava please confirm if this is expected behavior? If a full increase is not possible right now, would it at least be possible to raise the limit slightly (for example, beyond 999) so our users are not blocked?

I have built and tested an app to monitor rowing performance data for my club. However, the app is limited to 1 athlete (i.e. me as. the test subject). I can’t find a link/button which would let me apply for “production status” for my app so that multiple users can use it. Any ideas?

I’m not getting the “Strava Power Skills” feature on my Android app.  Just uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still no Power Skills.  How do I get it.  (I’m subscribed and have subscribed for many years. All rides the past 6 years have had PMs.)

In the Android app there's an animation when i give kudos. How can I disabled them? They are annoying.

I run quite some PR segments today, but almost none has been recognized with PR icon. There is few 3rd places icons missing as well. Hello riders 😀 !There's a suspicious rider cheating his way to KOM's by mainpulating gpx files & editing them through 3rd party or web to change his segment time for the KOMs.here are my points to back up my claim.1> Riders taken back to back 9 koms with in 13 days on climbs ranging 3-12% average gradient, no recovery , no rest between high intensity efforts & no structural training is there.2> No use of any sensors , no clipless shoes only flat sports shoes are used,the pictures never match the time of the ride & expressions never justify the high intensity efforts.3> On analysing gpx files through web, riders data never matches with other riders data on the leader board, the online gpx tool exports gpx reports as PDF for everyone who's on the leaderboard but his report comes as a PHP file.4> Rider has  an obsession with being at number 1 one the board and almost every ride is a KOM ride.
