Hello! So, this is similar to other inquiries. I just can't calm my mind because i am a student and the annual subscription is a huge amount for me.Last June 18 i tried to get me a free trial to strava app, i processed everything thru strava app. Then after a few hours, i cancelled it (also thru strava app bc i thought it would be cancelled to where i also subscribed). Then just this July 18, 1680php was deducted to my gcash account. I just found out that i needed to cancel it thru google play.I then cancelled it thru google play and submitted an appeal. It was denied, saying it does not align with their policy. So i contacted strava support. Submitted a ticket, they replied and asked me to give them necessary details. I finished doing that then also emailed their zendesk account. I already did everything you guys are saying to get support. I just now want to know if i should just sit and wait or try and try strava to notice my report. I already followed up yesterday.I would appreciate
I wish to have my profile location set as Edinburgh, Scotland, however regardless of what I do in edit profile (app or website) United Kingdom is always added to the end of my location. Any suggestions on how I resolve?
Looking at my profile, none of my workouts for stand up paddle board are showing up for 2025 or all time. Other types of workouts are working. They had been working. appreciate any help.
I just completed the Etape du Tour de France yesterday. My HUAWEI watch also records and uploads almost immediately. The problem is that the watch battery often dies on long spins like that. What can I do to get the Element Bolt uploading, with and without WiFi please?
I added seatpost and pedal components to my bike in My Gear. I noticed after doing this that the Seatpost and Pedals options are no longer on the dropdown list.How am I supposed to choose new pedals and seatpost/dropper when I replace them in a few months? The components I have listed on each bike should be a running list, not just the new replacing the old.I want a history of what is on the bike, for example:Front tire put on June 2022Front tire replaced July 2023etc, etc.This way we can know how long we had components on our bikes, how much life we got out of them, or simply when we upgraded to new parts.Thanks
Hi all! During my last workout my Garmin noticed that I ran my Personal Best on 1 km at 4:58/kmHere attached the detail of the run, where my fastest km is ? I can’t see it. Where the record is evaluated?Furthermore, there's a huge difference somewhere from pace (passo medio) and gap (GAP medio), see lap 4, 4:34 to 5:13, very strange as the run was totally flat.... ;-)Thank you!

Hello all, I'm having an issue when trying to zoom out on a map screen where it starts to zoom out to see anything an area but then the whole screen goes white like a cloud cover & i can't see anything. This does it on my own maps aswell as friends maps. Strava has been updated to the latest version & is running on an android s24 .
Why now do I see “CO2 saved” on the downloaded map when its not a commute but just a ride? I could give a toss on any ride how much CO2 I save or create. How do I get rid of this on the saved maps?
Clicking on the media doesn’t do anything. If I clicked ok the most left media, it exits the profile page. And if I clicked on the most right media (All Media), it goes to setting coz the icons overlap.
Try as I might I can’t seem to suss out the path I have to follow that’d bring me to a ‘delete these pics’ button. Seems like it should be in Profile, but for the life of me I’m just not there yet.I managed earlier in the week to stumble onto it, as much for adding an avatar image as to show some scenes from activities I’ve engaged in. Now it’s time to clear out some space, but I can’t find my way back to where that can be accomplished.Any/all appropriate suggestions welcome, thanks!
To my surprise I have a difficult hill climb. The Hill is Challenging for All activities.. Walk, Run, or Ride.Why is something so simple not available in Strava yet. I created the segment in a Walk, but can’t track the segment in a public segment. Is there a link I can submit my feedback.. Thank you, Scott.
I conduct the Kora Cycling Challenge in Nepal since the past 15 years - this year, our challenge got 6200+ riders to ride in about 20 locations in Nepal and also about five locations worldwide - including Vancouver, Sydney, Laos, Scotland and three locations in the US. It is widely popular.Have formed a Club as well only called Kora Challenge - that lists the events on the Mother location - Kathmandu - loops of 50kms, 75kms, 100kms and 165km around the valley - with the last one having a 4000+m altitude gain. Every year, riders do about 300,000 kms in total - about 7.5 times around the earth - in one day.Wanted to work with Strava to make this into a Public Challenge - so that athletes could do their koras anywhere on the globe.This happens on the Third saturday of every July - next one on 18th July 2026. I have a back up android phone (no sim) that I like too use as an off line map on gravel rides.I used to have my downloaded routes (using wifi) with global heatmap and the back-to-facing-north compass-button. I would combine it with a “real compass to check if I was on the path, that I thought, and if I lost my way or got uncertain the heatmap helped a lot to read the layout of paths in forests so that I could identify my location and get back on track. Same features were useful if I changed plans and wanted to ride an improvised route.This doesn't appear to work as well as it did some time ago:one thing: The compass-button has disappeared (there's a separate topic that goes two months back). It's critical” to know north on the map, and since it rotates quite easily...I don't have to explain.another thing: a week ago or so when I accessed my downloaded maps off line the heatmap wasn't with it any longer. My friend bought a family plan using my credit card but I am now I am unable to join even though we are both in India. I was travelling for 3 weeks in the UK last month when my individual subscription expired and now I only see GBP prices and have been unable to join even though I am back and have logged multiple activities here.

Hello everyone,I'm new to the forum, I'm 27 years old, and after years of inconsistent training I've started training seriously again.I am also new to the Strava universe, and I am here to ask for your help regarding the Apple Watch app.I installed the app on both iPhone and Watch, but when I launch the app from the latter, the message "From your phone, sign in or sign upusing the Strava app." but nothing appears in the iPhone and the screen remains frozen.I followed the installation procedure I found on the forum, activating all permissions and syncing the Watch from the iPhone, however, it seems that it is not recognized.I thank you in advance for you help! 🙂

It seems that after my Export of my Data to Excel, I am getting a huge number for Time (seconds?) and what may be the distance in kilometers (see below).How do I get the Elapsed Time field in hours:minutes:seconds so I can tally and format in Excel?How do I set the DIstance to be in Miles (not what appears to be kilometers) such as 6.75 Miles? Hi, i am using the new Strava template with transparent background for my bike ride, which so far were showing kilometer, Time, and positive elevation but my last few bike ride were only showing Time, kilometer, and CO2 saved (which always shows as 0 btw) i didnt change any thing in the settings, ils only on my 3 last bike ride i see the same data as before on the activity, but not on the template with transparent background (first one you see when you click share)
Hi All, I use Strava on my Apple Watch Series 6. For the past few weeks (since last OS update), elevation gains (outdoor ride) have been way off, reporting at least double what they should be. Is anyone else experiencing the same? I removed and reinstalled Strava on my watch and phone, but that hasn't made any difference.
I am a Strava subscriber. My connected followers have their power curve and power charts displayed in their Strava app. Also displays under results. I am not able to see this under my profile, only estimated power zones (which has always been there).Is the additional power curve graph and new power results a new feature? How do I enable? I have my bike weight and body weight configured - still nothing.
Why isn't there an option to see all my saved routes on the map at once? Since the map can show multiple nearby routes that are "powered by community data," then why isn't there a way to show just my routes? I don't want to have to go to my saved list and click individually for that single route to show on the map. I want a visual showing all of them.
Using my web browser, I could log in to my strava account on Friday 21 Feb. However, since Sunday 23 February, I have been unable to log in to my strava account. The log in page keeps refreshing when I click on the log in button, but doesn’t do anything. Please help.
