I have a Xiaomi Band 6 and have recently joined the 100k steps challenge. It’s not counting anything though. From research, I’ve come to understand that Strava requires a cadence field to calculate steps and it seems no way of uploading activities (manually, Mi Fitness Strava integration, through Apple Health) uploads them correctly.Having exported my data from Xiaomi, I know they have the information, but I guess whatever .fit file they are generating is not correct.My question is, can I somehow add the cadence in the existing activities through the API? If not, can I do so by making my own .fit files and uploading them manually (basically delete the old activity and reupload it the right one)?Also I’ve been trying to figure out if I can access any of the .fit files previously uploaded, but I haven’t managed so far. Is it possible? Or does the backend delete them after import?

If I’m reading this correctly, if I cancel my regular subscription plan and renew as a family plan, my family members can’t already have strava and they’ll lose their data? They’re not subscribers already. 

Hi, asking for help. My running activity has not synced to Atrava. Is there a way to ‘push’ the activity from Garmin Connect to Strava? I would not like to manually add it as much as possible.  Thank you in advance!

Where to apply for a Strava club verification not individual verification.

Running a Garmin epix pro (1 second recording ) and a wahoo bolt 2. Recording from a wahoo kicker.. power averaging set to include zeros on both devices. After an hour workout Garmin connect shows 182 Watts (average) Wahoo bolt shows 182 Strava - bolt activity shows 182 watts Strava activity imported from Garmin connect shows 175 watts in Strava..With power averaging including zeros on both devices is there anything else I need check in connect,?  It's annoying that data from Garmin and wahoo is absolutely consistent, until it's imported to Strava ! Has anyone found a solution to similar issues ? 

Recently I have been having problems with gps loss during mountainbike rides. It seems to be since my subscription renewed for the year. Same phone, same trails as always. Close to a populated area and with good phone service.  Did something change on the app? I notice a lot more unnecessary animations in the app etc. 

When I upload to Strava from my device it is incorrect. The watch Reflex Active 54 and my phone both have the identical and correct timing however when I upload to Strava I suddenly turn into a superhero. I have run with my phone in hand and without andbyet sit with the same problem. Hello All, I hope to get answer here because Strava Support does not answer.Yesterday evening I had a run and the activity did not log into strava, I proceeded to log out, and when I tried to log back in, it created a new blank account ON the same email. When I followed my main account (the one I had lost access to), I got a follow notification on the same mail that the new account was created on.Since then I have deleted the blank account, and after I tried logging in on the account I have had activity on, they still create new ones.

Hello, i have problem with my alpin ski records. In elevation I can se only some vertical information but no elevation gain. Is it possible to fix this somehow?

You can check both the towns we passed through and the watts my partner was generating at all times (I don't have a power meter). Due to the storm "Oriana" currently hitting Spain, we experienced wind gusts of more than 40 km/h. Sometimes these gusts were against us, forcing us to go at less than 10 km/h, as you can see in sections between the towns of "El Pozuelo" and "San Pedro," and at other times, they were completely favorable, as was the case for the segment between "Lezuza" and "Barrax." We are attaching in the ticket we are going to submit to your "technical support" the screenshots from the "Windy" app showing the wind gusts in the area of the segment at the time the new record was set. In addition, we can attach the photos and videos we took during the route so that you can see the models of the two bicycles we used for the training

My Strava route was accidentally cut off completely, can it be restored? 

Hallo, On 15/02/26 i run the PR bij runnerslab opening 10km.Strava says that's er a problem is with the visibility for the distance.But i run the 10km visible.My question is why is it not visible, you see the run on my account ( Angelo krick  ) and everything is visible. Can you help my with this problem? Thanks for the support  Angelo krick

Activities from Garmin are not syncronized

There was a list of community voted on feature requests, did that list get deleted? It seems like there were some changes to the forum since the last time I checked a month ago; did these requests get moved somewhere else?

Ik ben in het segment de warmste loop vuur emoties 9 km (2022) normaal in de top 10. Ik had daar gelopen samen met mijn vriend. Hij staat er wel in. Ik dacht dat het misschien even zou duren maar nu is het toch wel al te lang. Zouden jullie dit kunnen nakijken?

I have tried all the methods mentioned online to see the step count after walks but still they are not showing. I am using strava on Android. I have given all app permissions required. But when i try to activate the sensor i am not able to find where is sensor. I open record but there is no option as settings where i can activate the sensor. Help me resolve this. Upto fews days ago i was seeing steps then suddenly it stopped showing step count.

Hello,I accidentally duplicated my account for this email (I do not know how, I wanted to sync it with Health app and clicked on „Log in” tab in the email received straight after the request. Attached you can see the history of my last activities this month comparing to no records of the profile as well as the confirmation of subscription payment back in October 2025 and the screenshot showing the correct account (with subscription, location of „Plock” and much more activities) and the duplicated one with also wrong location of „Pruszkow” Please help me get rid of my unwanted, new account, so I can log into the one with subscription as soon as possible, thank you

I have created a club for Hiking but now would also like to include Walking Activities. It seems it is one or the other, unless I pick “multisport”.  I have read about sport groupings but cannot see them here.  Thank you Robert 

It would be good if Strava displayed a weekly average pace across all runs in a simple, obvious way.

Any solution to this so far? It’s set to everyone, and not muted for my feed...

It would be great to have the option that an activity visibility (e.g. “Followers only”) expires after certain times and becomes “Only you” visibility. Otherwise any follower is able to scroll through activities years back, which is slightly concerning. Thank you for your consideration!
