I’d like to merge an old account.  Unfortunately I don’t have access to the email address for the old account.  Once the data is merged to new account, I’d like to delete the old account.  Is this possible? 

Hi,I run a Club on Strava. Each month I create 5 other 6 sessions, which automatically send out email notifications to everyone in my Club. Today, out of the 6 sessions I created, email notifications were only send out about 3 of them. What happened to the rest? Login with Facebook is going to expire soon, but I’m not able to change nor confirm my email? In 2 weeks am I loosing my account?How the simplest thing ever “changing/confirming their own email account” is the IMPOSSIBLE thing in Strava? Does strava want to lose many account in one shot? 

My friend I run together at the same time, pace and using same watch. My strava results are different from her. My moving and elapse time shows different results, although we did not stop throughout the run. Additionally, I got 5:46/km pace and she got 9:12/km which definitely accurate than mine. We are using Huawei Fit 3.

On iOS, the app crashes/bugs out when attempting to save an activity posted by another user.The initial "Save" button works, but then the scrolling freezes and it’s impossible to reach the "Confirm" button at the bottom to complete the save process. This functionality has always worked in the past, but it recently stopped working. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the issue persists.

Hey everyone! Quick feedback on the activity sharing feature for Alpine Skiing.Currently, when sharing a "stat map" image, the distance includes the entire loop, ski lifts and all. This ends up inflating the total distance quite a bit.Would it be possible to update this so we can:• Show only downhill distance on the shared image?• Or at least select which stats (downhill vs. total) are displayed?It would be great to show off the actual skiing rather than the lift rides! Anyone else noticing this?

My Strava post for snowboarding today didn’t upload until I got home from the mountain since I didn’t have great service. I tried to look up how to fix this issue so I turned off the indoor toggle setting on Strava.com and that didn’t change anything. I also noticed my max speed, vertical and runs didn’t post either, the only thing that is shown as recorded was the time, distance and avg speed :/ I’m super bummed about this and would love to have some help to get it figured out!

Hello, I noticed last week, 2/20, that my rock climbing activities have changed how they records. It has added a map (not necessarily an issue, I actually appreciate it for outdoors), but how it shows up in the progress page has changed. First, when looking at monthly activity the climbs are no longer being added to the total time for all activities or for Rock Climbing. Also, the climbing activity now has little to no impact on the  Relative Effort or Fitness charts. Climbing has never had as much of an effect as running but it at least had some before. Is there any reason this has changed and can it be changed back? Ray

Hi,  I was wondering if anyone can help me, I have been authorised by the devs for my app to pull multiple athletes data via the API. The issue I am having is when I try to run the link to get the authorisation, it’s not hitting my logic app and keeps erroring out. Is anyone have any issues like this before? My logic app seems fine, its building the oauth link as I am trying to do one link fits all for authorisation and not individual links manually.  Any advise would be great.  ThanksJamie

Hi, I have an old strava account that I would like to get the data from and merge it with my new account.  My old account is annoyingly linked to an email address of a company I no longer work at.  I can still access it however through a facebook login.  When I go to download the data it says it will email a code to my old email address (which I no longer have access to!).  What can I do please!?
