Dear officials and executives of the Strava application:          Hello! In the usage statistics of the Strava app, I am not aware of which rules of the community have been violated by my usage of this account. And after making the inquiry, no response was received. I would like to know the reason. I really like the design and functionality of Strava. This is helpful for my activities and also allows me to explore new routes and destinations. And you can also make new friends who share the same interest in sports. However, when using the Strava application, I found that the official or the system sent me an email, which made me feel very frustrated. I don't know what I should do next because the email informed me that my account might be suspended. But I hope I can cooperate with the staff of the official organization. If they need any proof from me, I will provide it without any problem. So please inform me of the relevant issues to prevent any problems with my account.

Is there a known issue with Apple Ultra 2 not showing mile split pace? All I’m seeing is overall pace, it’s really messing with training. I’m on the annual plan. Attempted to delete app from phone and watch, reboot both devices, problem still persists. Posting here as I’ve had no answer from support on open tickets or Twitter/X about this. Any insight most appreciated. 

Has this happened to anyone else? I logged an activity and checked my fitness score and the entire plot is 10 points lower than it was yesterday.  I even checked a screenshot I had from the beginning of the year and the entire plot for the past 2 years is 10 points lower? cheersbart

Can I request for a refund? My account on strava auto deduct my gcash and subscribe on its own. Please i need refund 

When I manually record a run and select the right date, then save the activity, the date shows the previous day when I see it in my activity log. When I try and edit the activity, the date is correct.

Why is there no option to hide the device used to record the activity?

hi all, i recently re-subscribed, and all of my activities have disappeared from 2021 until now, and my newer activities aren't uploading now! confused! Anyone know how to solve this? TIA

Hello,I try to identify what is the “external provider” of activities.We have a field called external_id, but it can contain a “.tcx” file name.I can identify the Garmin activities because the external_id starts with : “garmin_ping_xxx”But for other providers like Polar or Fitbit we only have a TCX filename.How to get the real external provider name ? After a recent update, the km markers during an active recording disappeared.  I would love to have these back and go so far as to have them after the activity has been saved.

I would like to make a complaint about the new change on the home feed where each individuals watch is shown. I don't understand why this is needed and it's extra useless info to see on the home news feed. Its good that it's visible when you click on the individual activity but I don't need to see everyone's watch brand on the news feed. What next? Will it also display the HRM brand, shoe brand and anything else on the home screen. This clutters the news feed and is not needed

Hi,All my runs on Strava show Elevation Gain on the feed card instead of Pace.They are flat runs, marked as Road, and recorded from my Strava app. I do not use any apple watch or Garmin watch. I’ve tried editing the activity type, refreshing the app, but nothing changes. Other people’s run show Pace correctly.Can someone please help fix this or tell me how to make it show Distance | Pace | Time instead of Distance | Elevation | Time?Easy Long Run | Run | Strava

I have a galaxy ultra watch to record runs. The strava app DOES NOT record cadence (there’s a problem on it’s own), so I have to use the s-health app to record, then let that sync over. Sorry, I meant to say I have to use a third party app to force the sync since if it’s a treadmill workout with no gps info, it won’t do it. (another problem)Now that it’s over in strava, I want to edit the length of the workout to my actual run so I can track my training. I can edit everything but distance and time. WHY?!?! Why are you locking me out of my own training? To what avail?

Is there a way to remove the annoying animations with silly motivational messages that appear when saving an activity? These have recently appeared on the Android app.

I completed the Niagara Falls Half Marathon today but Strava logged it as 21.08km which is extremely depressing. “Correcting” the distance doesn’t fix the 20m discrepancy. Is there anything I can do to fix this. I would hate to not get the Half Marathon PB on Strava due to this…. 

Hello, I don't understand how to stop Strava from automatically pausing my rest times when I run. In fact, instead of running for 1 hour like I do, it counts 50 minutes since I took a 10-minute break. I don't have a pause button in the settings. Thank you in advance. Kind regards.

When I use my camera during recording my activity (cycling, walking), the app stops recording. Giving the message Strava stopped, continue or leave app.When I choose continue, the recording starts again. When I miss this message a part of the route is not recorded. I use a Samsung A23 phone.The app is updated to the latest version.Does someone know a solution to this problem?

When I try to tag someone in reply to my activities , the @ thing brings nothing up or if it does, then it very rarely it shows the name. I have been having this problem for the last one month or so. Quite frustrating...

Hi, I have a samsung galaxy watch 5 which I use for trainings swimming and running. I've recently used strava for my activities but swtiched to samsung health a few weeks back. Although I have synced strava on samsung health, whenever I finish a workout on samsung health, it does not upload to strava.   Anybody with the same problem as me?   Thanks for the help
