I have five bike club events that were posted as public, open-to-all. In other words, both the “women only” and “club member only” toggles are off. But Strava is labelling the events as “women only” and preventing men from joining. Event edit still shows the toggle for “women only” is off. Would appreciate prioritizing a fix for this regression, as two of the events are tomorrow.Note that this is an issue when viewing the event with a browser. The app properly characterizes the event and allows men to join.
Hello, I am a french rider.First of all thank you for your great work. I love this application. I have been practicing electric mountain biking for some time. However, I notice that electric mountain biking activities are not counted as cycling activities, especially for the difference in altitude. They are classified in other activities. Would it be possible to classify these activities as cycling activities? thank you
Hello. I use Strava to track all of my alpine ski days because I love all the data I get when I do that. The only thing that is missing is full season stats for alpine skiing. I track just about every ski day and would like to be able to see my stats such as vertical footage and number of runs for each season. I’m not sure why there are only yearly stats available for biking running and swimming… why not all sports?
I do not want this option on my feed. It popped up a few months ago and went away. It is now back. I am hoping now that it is back- I can remove it. The widget itself seems to be primitive and only collects quantity rather than quality. Then every week it challenges you to do more. Rest is also very important and needed to prevent injuries. Some might think it's great, and that's awesome for them. I do not think it is good to see and why I have disabled things like the 'move' option on my garmin watch or removed the step counter option.

Hi. Why will Club Events now not save if I include a Strava route? If I don't include the route, the event will save and the club members are notified by e-mail. I have been creating routes and including them in Club Events in Strava for the last 4 months without any problem. What's changed?
I used to live in Shanghai, where I created my account, about 10 years ago. Since then I moved to the US and I have updated my location to the city I live in (SF, CA) but the region still says “Asia, Shanghai”. I am able to edit the city but not the region. Would you have any suggestion on how to update my region?Thank you
Is there away to define other ride types for Virtual Rides such as those uploaded from Zwift?At the moment the iOS app only has the “commute” option that seems a little out place for a virtual ride.Online I can see similar tags for a Virtual Ride but no specific Ride Type Field. Is it possible edit/add the tags available for virtual rides via the online portal and have the reflects in the app as ride types?
Hi, From the “Running” activity I understand there are “Type of Runs” and “Tags”, each with a set of pre-defined value we can select. But is it possible to actually edit them and define others ? Type of Runs and TagsOr is it fixed and only those values can be selected ? Thanks.

I live in snowy country and lots of riding being done on Zwift. I would prefer to see just the outdoor activities in my Activity Feed and not Zwift rides. Possible?

If it isn't possible, I'll be spending my Christmas gift money elsewhere.Strava should consider enabling gift subscriptions again and stop throwing income away.
The Quick Edit is a great feature that makes it easy to quickly edit a recent activity. But it would be even more useful if shoes/gear was part of it. Runners tend to use different shoes for different kind of runs. And tracking the shoe usage is already a great feature but it’s currently a bit annoying to have to do it in so many steps.
Strava seems to rely on its server location to determine the day/time, not where I am logging in from, so the relative time of activities is often wrong, e.g. an activity described as “today” was, indeed, yesterday. This should be an easy fix
To provide some background context, I am currently running a sports challenge that utilizes Strava Clubs to track participant's activities. For a particular club, it has accumulated a total of 1032 activities, and right now I am only able to extract 200 of these activities by using page=1 and per_page=200, however when I move over to page = 2 and per_page = 200, it gives me a random number of workouts (in this case 5 activities) and when I move on to page = 3 and per_page = 200, there are no more records. The pagination parameters appear to not work as intended.My concern here is that the activity data are missing and it impedes me from tabulating scores to then show the participants who contributed the most to their clubs.Here are some images provided to help fellow developers and gurus understand the code. Since a few weeks ago Strava is at it again with pushing "features" down your throat. Now among the notifications for an activity I have to read Strava's stupid "motivational" messages (you're doing great, keep at it, da da da). Anyone can help me get rid of those?
Any help greatly appreciated, first attempt at using the Strava API. I’m sure this is staring me in the face but i’ve run out of ideas.So I can successfully use Postman to GET https://www.strava.com/api/v3/athlete with an Authorization header of {Bearer nnxxnnnxxnnxx….}. As a runner and mountain biker I often find new trails by reviewing friends activities. I will often look at their activity while I am out on my ride/run. I would like to be able to pull up their activity map, including their red line track, and tap a compass or similar icon to see where my current location is compared to their activity. Is this possible and I am missing it? If not consider this a feature request.
HiI just want to know why all my Zwift indoor racers are not listed on all best efforts under ride. It is only showing outdoor cycling information. Most of my best efforts are coming from Zwift.Can there not be a droping down bar for indoor rides.Please helpThank you
As title states - im curious if there is a server to server pattern available for the strava api? I am using only my own feed and will be including it on a blog site i run. Webhook patterns, oauth2, etc.. all fine and well but id like to eschew the need to regularly click through the login process.Any options here (did I miss a page of the docs?) or am i going to build a headless browser task that just chews 1.5s of lambda cpu every few hours/days to walk through the UI pattern and update my token/keys in a dynamo table?
I made 3 "indoor rides" today with a couple of pauses using the STOP button on my Garmin Edge 530. It was saved after the third ride. The result in Garmin vs. Strava is: Obviously, in Strava the elapsed time is used in avg. speed calculation. This is a horrible bug. E.g. if concentrating exactly on avg. speed during an indoor cycling, the record is totally useless. Why the elapsed time is used in calculation instead of the moving time? It makes no sense.

It appears with the new heatmap update(?) that the feature of being able to see a personal heatmap overlay when looking at the ride/run of someone else has been removed. Perhaps I'm mistaken? If this is no longer available it is a big loss! I hope it will be restored!Being able to see where someone has been and where I've been nearby is a great feature. I hope it hasn't been lost for long!Thank you!
