is there a way to reset all PRs? i am just getting back into a fitness routine post pregnancy. But also 5 years post some of my best PRs. I doubt i would be able to match my best PRs ever again now. would be a fabulous motivator. 

I am unable to get transparent map download. The background is showing black. I need transparent image for overlay. 

Some segments are extremely popular.  For example the Cipressa in Italy has over 30,000 people listed.  If I want to know what the median time is, it’s very difficult as there are over 1,200 pages of rankings.  It would be great if on the segment leader board you could quick see the times in the 10 percentiles (e.g. 90th percentile, 80th percentile, etc..)

[It’s not possible to reply to previous threads, so I’m starting a new one.]Hi Strava, Please consider re-instating the display of “hiking speed” as one of the main 6 metrics for hikes, or allowing users to add this in just as some metrics can be hidden. Serious hikers care about speed infinitely more than steps or the likely highly speculative estimate of calories. The removal of speed from this list gives the impression that Strava is no longer a product for serious hikers.  Please help in correcting that impression by allowing speed to be included.

Hi,  Everytime I try to post on Instagram I’m getting a black image. This hasn’t ever happened before, and would post normally just fine as it’s displayed with a white background. I’ve tried to clear cache, unistall apps and redownload, but still running into the same issue. I am using a Google Pixel 4 Watch and Google Pixel 10 phone.

I am still having a problem when uploading from Reflex Active 54. The distance, the map is all correct however the moving time along with per km makes me look really good. Although very wrong, I'm attaching today as an example. Any ideas. Thank you  kindly

Auto pause is not enough. Look at how the Stride app implemented this feature. When I forget to turn off a run, it logs activity indefinitely! That is terrible! Stride asks me when I pause driving if my drive is complete. That is a no brainer feature for Strava. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve ended a run, but forgot to end in Strava. So, then I get erroneous activity that lasts for 24+ hours. That is a terribly overlooked feature.

Entiendo perfectamente que las actividades de "Bicicleta eléctrica" tengan sus propias clasificaciones y segmentos separados de las bicicletas tradicionales para mantener la justicia en los KOMs. Sin embargo, a nivel de perfil personal, es muy frustrante que los kilómetros y el desnivel no se acumulen en un total unificado. Como usuario que entrena en rodillo virtual, bicicleta tradicional y bicicleta eléctrica, me gustaría poder ver mi volumen de entrenamiento total acumulado en una sola gráfica principal, sin tener que entrar a filtrar manualmente por tipo de bicicleta. Debería existir una vista de "Ciclismo Global" en el perfil para nuestro propio control de la carga de entrenamiento. Un saludo.

Strava keeps telling me I need to give it location access to record. I do this in the app and it makes no difference. I've given every permission I can from my phone. Other apps work fine. Any suggestions? Phone is an oppo neo find x3

It would be great to have a way of locking out touch input during activities so that, for example, sweat dripped on the screen would not stop rides or otherwise trigger the UI.

I am trying to create a route of the East Coast Greenway.  I go to that map tool and export a gpx file for a route that is roughly 442 miles long. When I upload that file into Strava it creates a route that is 1175 miles long, looping back to the start point and hitting the end point twice.  It also isn’t following the roads, it simply takes straight lines between 2 points.

In March 2026 (recently) I did a ride with about 30 minutes of threshold/anaerobic effort in two intervals. I felt this ride was very similar to one I did in May 2025, with also nearly 30 minutes of threshold/anaerobic also in about two intervals. Both rides based RE on heart rate only (no power data).The Mary 2025 ride received a 129 RE score and got me 2 “fitness points”. However, the March 2026 ride, which felt very similar as far as personal perceived effort, received only 96 RE and got me no “fitness points” whatsoever for that day (even though i was TIRED after). This feels counterintuitive & confusing: that two very similar rides could register so differently. It is important to me to track relative effort/fitness to train enough but not burn out. Is it because they are in different years? Does the algorithm change? Any ins

Despite being linked, my activities from the ICG app are not coming onto my strava feed. What can I do?

Hello, I’d like to combine different activities into one. For example, at the gym: 1. Treadmill (warm-up), 2. Strength training, 3. Treadmill (cool-down). Right now, I have to record these individually, which means they appear as three separate activities in the feed. It would be better if I could merge a workout session with three activities into one, so that only one activity is displayed in the feed. Is it possible to program and offer such a feature? As I’ve starred more segments over time, I’ve found that my "Starred Segments" list has become difficult to manage and navigate.I would love to see a feature that allows users to organize or color-code starred segments by area, city, or custom "folders."The Problem: Currently, all starred segments are in one long list. When I drive to a specific neighborhood to run, I have to scroll through my entire history to find the segments relevant to that specific location.
