Hi,Is anyone else having problems saving routes on Strava.com?I currently cannot save routes at all, and it does not seem to matter whether I set them as public or only visible to myself. The save action keeps failing every time.I have tested different visibility settings, but the result is the same.Is this a known issue, or is anyone else experiencing the same problem?

Since Sunday 29, March, as I couldn’t get any sync between Suunto Race2 and Strava Apps on my IPhone 16e, I uninstalled Strava. On Tuesday 31, March, Strava Apps is not available in France to be uploaded from Apple Store! Is there any geographical restrictions to upload Strava Apps from Apple Store ?

This is an issue that is ongoing and has not been resolved! Routes are not saving or take many attempts over time to save. Someone from Strava shut down the previous thread and suggested going to this resource: “Looking for technical support or to request a feature? Here’s how.” But there is nothing there about this issue, which many users are having. Is something being done to resolve this? As a long-time paying subscriber, I would like this issue to be resolved. Thank you.

I’m a pro runner with Nike and have always had this problem with Strava. I would love to have my workouts all be a single activity. Warm up + workout + cooldown. But I use different shoes for the warm ups as the workout. I would love the ability to allocate mileage between shoes on one activity. Say if the total was 16 miles I could put 6 miles on my Pegasus and 10 miles on my alphaflys. Or even 3 or 4 pairs. If I ran 12 miles I could put 6 on the Pegasus, 2 on vaporflys, 2 on streakflys, and 2 on dragonfly’s. I realize it’s a niche problem but all pros and college runners and elites who are doing workouts would use this feature. 

I would love better controls iver the club feature. I’m in a team right now and I would love to be able to post just for a specific group. Say someone on the team wanted to be private but still share their activities with their team. It would be awesome to have a way to do that. Right now the only options for visibility are just me, everyone, and just followers. And when you have a ton of followers it’s basically just you or everyone.  paired with this feature it would be nice to add a coach feature. Where I can select my coach and they see everything regardless of privacy settings. Overall just more privacy/visibility settings would be great. I’m sure lots of users would love to be able to share to a select group. And I’m sure Strava would gain lots of users if they knew they could share just with their coach, or just with their team.

Cannot create a running route on app or on browser. All other sports appear to work, ride / walk etc. Bit annoying as I need to create something for a run tomorrow and this is part of the paid service...

What happened to this segment? It’s been there for years. I got injured 7 months ago and I held the Local Legend for a long time. But now that I’ve started back walking and I did it 3x today. I figure it would show up on Strava my efforts. However, when I go to Map Explore and anywhere else the Segment is not there, but all the stats besides the Local Legend remain. My friend who has a paid subscription says he cannot see it either. Something is wrong. This is not hidden either. I tried to recreate it and I got a notice it already exists. What’s going on? Please help. 

Strava should consider adding the ability to comment on GIFs like Instagram.  This could be an easy and valuable addition to the app.  Let me know your thoughts.  

Tried to save several new imported routes covering various geographical locations but despite uploading the route and letting me view the route it won’t let me save it. I get the message “unable to save route, please try again later” . Ive been getting the same error message for almost a week. Plotting a brand new route myself seems to work. Im using the Strava website for all of this.

Finalizei a corrida de uma prova, fui salvar a atividade, aí apareceu simplesmente: Processando atividade... ficou horas assim... depois sumiu, não existe nenhum historio da minha corrida. Estou extremamente decepcionada. Era uma prova importante lara mim. Ia da RP. Preciso de ajuda... eu não exclui.. eu não descartei., tinha Internet, tinha armazenamento... foi erro do strava.  Strava pago ainda... quando era o gratis não tinha dado problema.. agora... já é o segundonprobelma que tengo.

The race itself was 13.1km in total, we ran 2km warmup together then did 10km PB race together again arm to arm, then went into a 1km cool down (this is where I ran ahead for the last 500m), so the pb should be near identical...my Strava PB (tracked by iPhone 17pro max) 46:40https://strava.app.link/sQrYBIgaU1bmy friends PB (tracked by garmin forerunner 165) 47:53https://strava.app.link/sQrYBIgaU1bTo confuse the situation even more I also tracked it on my Apple Watch (activities app) incase Strava didn't work etc (insurance) and it says our fastest 10km segment was 50:09...im not complaining at mine (46:40) 😂 BUT I would prefer to know which is more accurate recording? I even went onto Strava website and did distance corrector to see if it was that but no change...

The app on my Apple Watch will not sync or connect to my phone. It is stuck on the “On your phone, log in or sign up using the Strava app.” I have already done all of the steps on the phone app. I tried uninstalling, turning off both devices, and reinstalling, but this has done absolutely nothing. I am incredibly frustrated and considering just using another competitor app. None of the forum posts I have read provide an actual solution other than to just do this over and over again. Please help me fix this

App cant save a route through a high-traffic path. tried more/less waypoints, manual mode, popular waypoints, restarted computer, power cycled the modem and router, route building is near unusable at the moment. 

Recently I've noticed that both the maps for activities and in the route builder in the app no longer feature contour lines. Is this a new UI change or a bug?

For last 24h been trying to create a segment for the first time. Followed the published instructions to the letter. Getting “Error” “try again later” Is a technical issue?

I’ve tried a few short routes to test the route building, and all worked fine when it defaulted to the US, but I like in the UK, so built a course there and it won’t let me save.  Very frustrating.
