This is an issue that is ongoing and has not been resolved! Routes are not saving or take many attempts over time to save. Someone from Strava shut down the previous thread and suggested going to this resource: “Looking for technical support or to request a feature? Here’s how.” But there is nothing there about this issue, which many users are having. Is something being done to resolve this? As a long-time paying subscriber, I would like this issue to be resolved. Thank you.
