Strava Routes Not Saving

This is an issue that is ongoing and has not been resolved! Routes are not saving or take many attempts over time to save. Someone from Strava shut down the previous thread and suggested going to this resource: “Looking for technical support or to request a feature? Here’s how.” But there is nothing there about this issue, which many users are having. Is something being done to resolve this? As a long-time paying subscriber, I would like this issue to be resolved. Thank you.

      Same as well! One week that I see I have 67 routes saved on app and web, and when I try to list them, it is empty. And no way to create new routes as suggested by the support → I got an error page.

      It’s unusable and support does not help.

      Same issue  - can not save a route - both new and updating an existing one

      Same issue, been trying to plot and ssve routes for the last two days.

        What worked for me last couple of times (saw this on a Reddit post) was continually hitting the save button after receiving the “try again later” message and after about 10 or 15 of those, it saved. Strava does not seem willing to recognize this as an issue, argh!

          I did the same thing as you fuzzy.royale, just kept hitting ‘save’ until it eventually did. maybe Strava needs to create a new activity… ‘saving Strava routes’ as a workout. 🤣
