Logged Out on iOS? Here’s How to Get Back In
I have Just completed a 5.06k run and set a new PB of 22:48, I tracked this on my garmin forerunner on a 5k route I run regularly so I know it is the correct distance. I have stopped my strava on my phone and the activity is down as 5.75k with a 5k time of 19:30. I have tried editing the 5k time but it will not save, usually I would just delete the activity in the gps is wrong but it is a 64 second PB so would just like to know if anybody knows a way I can make it right before deleting it?Kind regards.
Is totally hidden on the app version. Why is that?

I did a ride a ride at 8.12 this morning and returned home at 12.30, the ride loaded to Garmin app okay but hasn’t uploaded to Strava.I know there’s been issues overnight and a fix was put in place however the issue seems to have remained.is anyone else still experiencing issues loading up to Strava?
Up until recently, when I shared a run, the image with stats would retain its aspect ratio. This seems to be no longer the case (in the last week).For example, here is my latest run, ready to share; However, when I post or even save the image, it is cropped to the portrait aspect ratio. This has only happened recently, as I have been sharing in the same way every time. Can anyone shed any light on this?
Anyone else still hate this new share activity?This font is too big hiding the map and the last one "paste link sticker here" is useless. The only good thing is the TRANSPARENT sticker. Please Strava go back to the last version or at least let it available for us to choose which one to use.

I have encountered a problem with the activity crop tool on the latest release of the Android app.When I decide to crop some parts of an activity (only tryed the end so far), much more of the activity than I have selected gets cropped.This one (Lunch Hike | Hike | Strava) I tryed to crop away the last 2 minutes and instead the last 3 hours where removed.This one (Morning Walk | Walk | Strava) I selected to remove the last minute, but the last 2 hours disappeared.The crop tool was working fine when I used it in the past (not more that 2 months ago last time).Please fix it (had help me recove what I lost). How do I disable unrequested historical (i.e. out of sequence) runs from showing up in my feed? I was taken by surprise by this and found it confusing. My expectation as a user would be to have a “show fewer posts like this” choice next to the post, or a clear toggle in settings. This is distracting and makes me want to use the app less. I’m sure some people like this feature, but I imagine some may find it similarly distracting and antithetical to the way we use the app.
Hello, I’ve reached out to the Strava support team multiple times and submitted several tickets regarding a refund request. Unfortunately, it’s been quite a few days, and I haven’t received any response apart from an automatic bot reply. I’ve also checked my junk folder regularly, but still no updates. I’m really hoping for a prompt resolution to this issue. Your help would be much appreciated. Can someone escalate this one quickly?
I had a fall in my last run closer to the finish line at exactly 4.95k of the 5k parkrun. I obviously was in no position to stop my garmin as I was in pain and being tended to by kind runners before I was driven to hospital. Strava shows the total time was 1 hour and the moving time 37 something. How can I remove the non moving time so the run reflects what truly happened?
Previously, after new segment was created it’s stats was updated within few hours with previous attempts of other athletes. Now I can see only one my attempt from the activity from which the segment was created. Other athletes attempts are added only if they run the segment after creation. Is it a new feature? How can I re-calculate historic data for the segment?
Hi, yesterday as usually i went runnig, and opened my strava app. I saw that i am logget out, so i logged in with my email, but my account was empty, no activity history, nothing. Looks like someone came to my account and changed email or something. I still can find this account in community search. I appear to have lost all data on my iPhone, I’ve logged into my Strava account and it says that my account is a free even though I have a subscription and recently renewed it! I’ve had to re follow friends and today I uploaded some data and it shows that I have a new account??!! All my previous data still shows on my iPad apart from today’s activity! How do I restore everything back to my phone? It appears that a new account has been opened but I’ve done nothing to open one! Any ideas of what to do?

Just within the last hour I noticed all of my swim activities no longer show average pace on the home page, or viewing own activities via mobile. Anyone else seeing this or is just me? I never hide any details so that wouldn’t be the reason but I will share screenshots to show what I’m referring to. It appears to only be on my most recent open water swims and not regular non-gps swim activities. Can anyone help diagnose this as it was very nice to be able to see average pace when scrolling through activities as I improve my open water swimming.Like I said average pace used to show up on these swims until just an hour ago 11:00PM MST, now it is no longer visible unless you click into the activity.
I noticed my Strava API application currently shows “Number of athletes allowed to connect: 1”.I would like to request an increase in this limit so multiple athletes can connect to my app for testing and production purposes.Please let me know the steps or requirements to get this limit increased.
Hi, I have a free version of Stava that I use with a Samsung S8. In the past few weeks I noticed that the Global Heat map disappears when if I'm off line. This is a problem when I ride my MTB on new trails, in the middle of nowhere. Before I was be able to see the Global heatmap both on line and off line. HELP!!!

I think it was because I commented my phone number on a post :( I need help appealing to get it back please!! From reading the "Understanding Account Enforcement" support page, I see that a permanent suspension is reserved only "more serious offenses". Sharing my own phone number is not a serious offense, therefore a warning would have been the correct response based on Strava's own policy updated July 31, 2025 I have paid for the subscription for years, this is really crummy. If there's anyone in here that can do something I’d appreciate it so much!! Is there a phone number we can call for a real person?
Refer to ticket above opened on the 8th AugI receive a Strava code from a sporting organization. Strava debited my credit card and I followed the procedure sent out for a refund and as indicated in the ticket the refund should take 3 to 4 working days to process. It has now been nearly 2 weeks and after 3 emails to the support team there has been no contact.
In June and July this year Strava debit my creditcard, so double payment.8th of August i asked to refund one of them.Asked several times for a response but still no reaction or update.ticket #3472983.Can someone maybe help me or give me an advice to get my money back? I was recently logged out of my account but the email address that i used to sign up has since been disabled (by the institution that provided the email) and i can no longer log back in (on my phone). On my laptop im still logged in but cannot change the email as any confirmation required is sent to the address which has been disabled. Contacted strava support but not sure how long it will take to get a response. Does anyone know how to change email addresses without requiring access to the original email
I have tried to contact support twice during the last months by creating a support issue from the Strava app of my iPhone. I am trying to change my old email address that is registered for Strava that has been deleted for many years. I don´t have the password to change the email to my new address. I expected a reply to my new address but I feel my support issues are simply ignored. Pretty surprised since I´m paying 99nok for the app every month.
