Route issue – cannot see routes and cannot save new ones

Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue with routes in my Strava account.

I’m unable to see my existing routes, and when I try to create or save a new route, I receive the following error message:

"Access by the application is prohibited."

This issue occurs consistently and prevents me from using the route functionality.

Could you please check if there is any problem with my account or advise on how to resolve this?

I have same problem. Routes are visible in the mobile app. At the moment, it isn't even possible to create routes.

I reported this to support and they replied that they were aware of the issue and would fix it.

I’m a programmer myself, and in my opinion, deploying something faulty to production isn’t professional.

I am seeing this also. Root cause is most probably their graphgl API which is giving:

_app-4e8c7b5ca5b1dbab.js:14  POST https://graphql.strava.com/ 403 

 

I got this same error when trying to view “My API application” under settings.

Yep, draw a route and then, can’t save and wtf.. 

"Access by the application is prohibited."

Same problem here, visible on the Strava Mobile App but nothing via the website, no matter which browser.
