Unfortunately neither a Strava route (that is a planned activity) nor a Strava activity (that is a recorded activity) can be restored when parts of it were cut off. In case the activity was deleted instead of cut off then you have 30 days to restore it from https://www.strava.com/athlete/training/recently_deleted.
