When I log in the dashboard, activity feed is just completely blank. I've tried clearing cache, cookies, logging out and in and even tried another browser and it's the same, the page just doesn't load (see screenshot). It's been like this for a week now and is becoming quite frustrating, i basically can't use Strava now

I’ve then been to try to submit a support request, and the support request system is also not working properly for me, so now I have no idea what to do or who to contact (does anybody from Strava monitor these posts?)

Hi Jana, apologies. I’ve been through and disabled all extensions and found that it is one extension causing a problem (Vue.js devtools). Thanks for your suggestion

Hi @RichLove,

(the screenshot isn't showing just yet, I suppose it's pending approval,)

Try disabling any browser add-ons that you might be using, AdBlock and such. It sounds like some could be conflicting with the Strava website code.

Hi Jana, thanks for the suggestion, I’ve tried it in a completely different browser that has no add-ons and it’s exactly the same

Good to know it's resolved - these extensions are often causing similar problems, so it was a very probable suspect 🙂

Hi @RichLove .  I searched the extensions on my Chrome and vue.js is not included so I can’t remove it.  However, if I use Edge, the Activity stream page comes up as normal.

Further investigation:  I switched off each extension in turn and, in my case, the culprit was

Video Downloader PLUS 6.5.5.  I’ve removed that and all is well.
