[Resolved] 3D terrain map missing on web

Activities that use the 3D terrain map type aren’t displaying correctly on the web version of Strava? 

Logged out and back in, tried incognito mode, and a different browser, but no difference.

Hi ​@daniscross, I’ve just tried but the map displays correctly for me (using Chrome on iOS, screenshot below). 

Does this happen even if you temporarily disable all browser add-ons, ad-blockers etc? If so, it would help if you share the exact steps to reproduce.

Happening on the mobile (Android) app as well, but again, not for every activity with a 3D map. Cleared cache, force closed etc. very intermittent

The same issue happens on mobile, too. Albeit, quite intermittently. Most activities with 3D terrain display correctly, but I’d say 25% don’t.

Tried clearing cache, using different devices, connections etc. I reckon it’s a Strava CDN issue.

It’s visible for me on Strava app … when u share it on Instagram the 3D map disappears n just the route is seen.
