I read through the activity documentation for the STRAVA API and do not see any fields to retrieve the participant IDs for other participants of a group run. Is this not in the API or is there another way to identify which participants complete activities together?  

50km ride with only 11k logged I stopped to take a photo from the lock screen and I forgot that THIS always happens so I lost most of my 50km ride. I’m pissed because I really pushed on to try to test my form in the last 15km and they were just not recorded,I’ve lost LOADS of training rides like this. Can you not fix it?I’m a software developer. Do you need a little help? 

Some of my historic apple health workout data has successfully synced over to Strava, but much of it is missing. For some reason, some information from 2021 synced, then there’s a gap, and then the data restarts when I setup my Strava account in November 2025. I’m missing everything prior to 2021 and between Sept 2021 and 2025.

I am writing to respectfully request your urgent assistance regarding a yearly strava subscription that was automatically deducted through google play using my gcash account. I'm asking respectfully for a refund. That was my only money in my wallet. I contacted already you support but there's no yet a reply. I am kindly desperate asking for your consideration and compassion about this situation please. Thank you so much hope a developer can read this. 

Can I have a refund? I accidentally purchased a one year subscription but I don't use strava everyday.I don't want to purchase a subscription. I hope the developers can read this. I need my money back I need that money for my school tuition fee. Thanks in advance 

Strava is creating fake workouts for Apple Health and Apple Fitness. Strava is recording many traditional strength training sessions at random times throughout the day. Do you know how to fix this? 

I have been working on a strava app and I have been the only tester.  I’m at a point that I need additional testers so I just submitted a request for this.As far as switching between local and staging environments, I’ve had to switch Strava Callback Domain manually between localhost and staging. Once I get approval for additional testers I won’t be able to do this manually.  Appreciate any insights for how I can make this work for both and not have to manually switch Strava’s callback domain.Thank you in advance!

Criei um segmento de 1,440 km na segunda feira, dia 08 de dezembro e está até agora atualizando os resultados. Os segmentos que eu criava demorava uma hora para atualizar todos os resultados. Por que está com toda essa lentidão para atualizar os resultados de um segmento?

I completed 2 different workouts from my Apple Watch this morning.  The first one was labeled as HIIT and did not import into Strava.  I then completed a walking workout which was imported automatically like normal.  I’ve uninstalled the apps, re-synced, and still can’t get the missing workout to import in.  What else can I try? when I check in the Strava app under connected devices, the Apple Watch keeps showing to accept permissions but there isn’t any other options to share or accept.  

Every time a Garmin activity is synced with Strava I get a notification saying "Kudos" "Wow" "Another activity down" and stuff like that. I have turned off the push notifications so I don't get them on my phones notification area, but that doesn't stop the notification icon in the app and website telling me I have new notifications.This means that if I ever get any real notification then I just won't see it because of all the spam, making the notification icon on the website and app completely useless.I have looked through all the settings but can't find anywhere to customise what notifications are enabled.

Hi there, I noticed with a newer Strava update the team has provided the ability for users on event creation to add pace groups and the type of event (format) e.g. social but these fields aren’t available yet via the API are there plans to add them or is there a new endpoint that hasn’t been added to the docs that exposes these fields?Thanks, keep up the good work - Calvin 

I’m in the middle of building a mobile app and would ideally like to test it with 10-20 athletes.  I’ve already submitted a request to increase my number of athletes but it got me wondering if I’m authenticating properly.  I’m seeing reports that strava will increase the number up to 999, but that still seems like a low number making me wonder if there is a smarter way to authenticate within the app so that multiple athletes can use the app for testing.  Maybe open the connection, get the data, and drop the connection quickly so that multiple athletes can use it? 

I did two rides two days apart.  The second ride was longer time, had a significantly greater avg and NP power, higher IF, and higher TSS, yet the Relative Effort was much lower than the first.  How does this work or make sense?

Is there any way to limit the live segments notifications to just the starred segments and not the popular ones? As I ride it's just a constant stream of live segment notices that I don't have any interest in, yet to clear the screen means taking a hand off of the handlebars which isn't always practical.

I’m getting notifications and emails about my year in sport, but every time I try and click on the link to access it, I get a message saying “link not valid”. It’s not showing as available on the web either. Any tips?

Hi, I purchased the Strava family plan, but two of my family members can't join. It says they live in another country, which isn't true. My partner spent the last month training in Spain. I was there with him too, and I have activities in that region, but we live in Poland, and here in Poland I purchased a plan. My brother mostly rides in the Czech Republic for professional reasons, but he's also Polish with an account in Poland. What can I do?

Hihas anyone had this issue?my account has reverted to ‘free’ midway through a years subscription without any input from me. I contacted Strava support who suggested I had a duplicate account which is not the case. I cannot prove that my account is paid for other than a screenshot of my subscription on my phone. I don’t have my original email as this was deleted. This is extremely frustrating!

I’m getting a little frustrated that my subscription issue isn’t resolved yet. I was told that the problem was determined by your customer service team and I gave authorization for the resolution last Thursday but nothing has occurred since then. Pace per 500m exampleLap split has auto changed to heart rate. Workout analysis changes from pace per 500m for laps to heart rate some time post event being uploaded. The pace measurement time per 500m is really useful and is not replicated when converted to heart rate. It is really frustrating and I have no control over the change. it would be great to either be able to switch or at least set as a preference.  ThanksMarcus Below photo are of the same event, before and after. 

I have synched my Strava account to my Peleton Tread. I get most of the data coming across fine when I run on the Tread. But what I don’t get is any elevation data which means that all my elevation data on Strava is undercooked. How do ai change this so it comes across?

Ive noticed when my Android phone gets to be about 2 years old or almost paid off Strava will stop tracking my rides and I have to restart the ride.  I notice that it happens when I take a photo it seems to stop my strava.  I usually have to hit stop and resume ride to make sure im connected. The weird thing is its happened to me and my wife with all of our phones that we have had since using Strava   We have Verizon and reception is good.  As soon as we get new phones Strava works perfect.  Any thoughts on why this happens other than a possible scam by cell phone.  

 Hello, I have a problem with the location that Strava records resulting in a distance that is much higher than the actual distance I run. Today for example at some point it recorded a kilometer in less than a minute, that would make me one of the fastest people alive - which I am absolutely not. So therefore my question whether I can change this. Going on the website and pressing the correct distance doesn't work and will give me an even higher pace.. For context, this is what my map looks like.     

I participated in the Valencia Marathon. Somehow, a commercial challenge from Nike got added to my Strava account. I don't want this commercial junk. I don't see any way to remove this challenge. Does anyone know how I can remove it?

The current algorithm that determines Top Sport for Year in Sport is inaccurate. I walked 200 miles this year, and ran 1,800 miles--yet my "Top Sport" is walking. The reason is that my runs are split up between "Trail Run" and "Run" both of whose individual count of activities are less than the number of total walks I did since I typically go for a walk in the evening. You could fix this by either determining "Top Sport" by the number of miles NOT by number of activities, or if you are intent on counting activities, then count "All Run" instead of the subcategories. Either way, the algorithm is horrible and as a paying subscriber who ran 1800+ miles, one 100-miler, 2 50-milers, and 2 50Ks this year, it's reveals a lack of seriousness on your part to reveal to me that my top sport is "Walking" in the year in review feature.
