can i request a refund for a mistaken subscription charge on my account. I accidentally subscribed to a one-year plan, and the payment was auto-deducted without my notice. Unfortunately, I used my school allowance for this transaction, and I am currently in urgent need of the funds!!!!

​hi @Runwithtyne, as mentioned above we cannot handle refund requests here at the community hub, sorry… but since you’ve already submitted a support ticket (as I assume from your comment), your request should be in process, you just need to wait now. Just please note that you might need to be patient, from what I hear the support team is dealing with a backlog of tickets, so the waiting time is rather longer these days. But they'll get back to you eventually. 


Hi I see we've had the same case, how many days does it take to get your refund? I'm just a student and I need that huge amount for my weekly allowance

I am writing to request a refund for a recent charge of ₱1,500 (Philippines) to my account. I was not aware that I had subscribed to a paid plan, as I believed I was only using the free trial version of Strava.

Unfortunately, I did not receive any notification or reminder that my trial was ending or that I would be charged. If I had been informed, I would have canceled the subscription beforehand, as I did not intend to upgrade to the paid plan.

You need to follow the process mentioned above. This community hub is NOT Strava Support, you’ve posted to a discussion forum, but you need to submit a ticket. Please check the link I posted above.
