Request for Refund – Accidental Subscription Charge

can i request a refund for a mistaken subscription charge on my account. I accidentally subscribed to a one-year plan, and the payment was auto-deducted without my notice. Unfortunately, I used my school allowance for this transaction, and I am currently in urgent need of the funds!!!!

Hi ​@xie, just in case you weren't able to resolve this in the meantime… the refund cannot be arranged here at the community hub, you’ll need to contact Support:
