I experience this with all the “schaatsen” segments on the ice track of the Jaap Eden baan in Amsterdam. How come?

Why do some segments have no Local Legend?

It seems that ice skating segments don't have the local legend feature. Per this article, it's counted for run, ride, walk, hike, alpine/backcountry/nordic ski, and snowboard segments.
