until recently it was possible to show (personal and/or global) heatmaps in the "Maps" and "Record" Mode in the Android App by selecting them in the layer-filter. This selection is still possible, but: although selected, the heatmaps are just not shown in the map!
It's broken just for me? Or is that a new bug?
Is there any way else to see heatmaps in the Android App apart from viewing a finished activity? (Whichs trace obstructs the heatmap...🙄)

Killing and restarting the App solved the issue. Sorry, still I leave it here if anyone else runs into this issue...

Same for me. Been offered the premium version for 30d but really the heatmap feature would be the only reason to subscribe.. So quite disappointing that nothing from 2025 appears...
+11I've been experiencing similar issues using saved routes offline. The map base layer and heatmap layer no longer show in the saved routes menu or if a route is selected for use. If I cancel and start recording a few times, I can eventually get the map to display, but it struggles to display effectively and if you try to drag and move map, it slows the app down significantly. This is not an issue when I'm back online.
