[RESOLVED] Problems cropping Activities ?

I usually crop the ends of my bike rides to remove “noise”.  I have done this more than 1,000 times without any problems.  However, today I tried to crop yesterday’s ride without success.  I proceeded as normal but after watching an hourglass and “Cropping in Progress” message for 30 minutes it returned to show the Activity, but it had not been cropped.  This happened twice.

Maybe this unusual problem is related to other recently reported issues about failures to delete duplicated Activities and very slow building of initial Segment leaderboards (over 40 hours).

I’m having the exact same problem starting last night. I thought maybe it was due to my activity being a Nordic Skiing activity but maybe not. Hopefully it will correct itself or someone will have a solution here soon.

Got the same problem.  Error message appears on phone app asking me try again, which I have done several times , but still not working

I tried exporting the activity, then deleted it and re-uploaded it. Lost my kudos and still no-go on the cropping…frustrating

Update - I successfully cropped an Activity a little wile ago and it seemed to work as normal.  However, in something that might be related, when I try to split an Activity my web browser showed an hour-glass for more than an hour before I killed it.  This happened twice.
