any chance you've overdone it a bit with comments/kudos? If you've triggered the antispam block, you might need to wait ~24 hrs for it to expire.
Also, some interaction features may be limited for minors / users under 18 (not sure whether also this, but definitely e.g. direct messaging), so double check your birthdate settings.

Why would Strava limit the kudos per hour ? What is the idea behind it ? I mean I do sports once a day and then I check my Strava once a day too. Why won't you let me just give kudos to all my friends at once, do I have to log in to Strava 3-4 times a day just to be able to finish giving kudos to all my friends who exercised that day ? I think previous version was better. Many of my friends can't get their kudos due to this new update because I log into strava once a day. I don't have all the time in the world to enter Strava. Thanks .
