Hi Strava
I recently noticed a charge of ₱1,500 for the renewal of my Strava: Run, Bike, Hike subscription (Order number: GPA.3393-5894-4614-15417..0, dated Dec 3, 2025). I was not aware that the subscription would auto-renew, and I did not intend to continue it.
Could you please assist me with a refund for this charge? I would also like to ensure that the subscription is canceled to prevent future automatic payments.
