No Profile Stats

Question

I’ve had no profile stats for about a month I reckon. There is just a blank space where they used to go. I’ve clicked on ‘Refresh Stats’ and I get an updating popup window but then nothing ever happens.

This seems to be a recurring thing Strava - get your DBAs onto this and put a permanent fix in please.

Anyone else still getting these issues?

Hi ​@Streetster, do I understand correctly that you're looking at the stats through a web browser, not the mobile app? If that's the case - try disabling all browser add-ons and enable only one by one, your description sounds like that something is conflicting with the website code (various ad blockers usually do this).
