Hola,Tengo un reloj marca Huaweii que se vincula con Strava pero solo me deja pasar la actividad de carrera, el resto he de pasarlas de forma manual. Cuando voy al gimnasio, no me deja especificar al introducir de forma manual la actividad ni las calorías ni la FC que me ha calculado el reloj. Lo veo incongruente con que, por ejemplo, sí que dé la opción de introducir km en la opción de “entrenamiento con pesas”.Por tanto, ¿sería posible que al introducir una actividad manual se pueda introducir el dato de kcal y el de FC?Me ocurre lo mismo con natación, Strava no me deja pasar directamente la actividad y siempre tengo que volcarla de forma manual, pero al introducir los datos no puedo introducirlos todos y la actividad queda muy vacía.Gracias. I've been using Outdooractive (formerly ViewRanger) for several years now. I decided to sign up for Strava to check it out. It looks like it might be a better option for what I need but I'm having a little problem moving over data.I exported all my "tracks" from Outdooractive to GPX files as well as FIT files. This was a pain to do one by one, but it's done. However, when I try to import them into Strava, it doesn't bring over the title for each, which is pretty important to me. If I open one of the GPX files in Notepad++, it correctly shows the name of the track within the <name> and </name> element tags that are within the <trk> and </trk>. But it doesn't bring them over into Strava's activity for the title - instead, it just defaults to things like "Afternoon Run."Is that expected behavior? I don't want to manually have to change all of these in Strava. Can I make changes to the GPX files before importing them into Strava so it'll carry over the names of

Hello, I've just found out I didn't cancel my subscription and apparently it was written off less then two weeks ago and I just noticed yesterday.. can I please cancel and refund the subscription since I wont need it coming time and its a big chunk out of the budget? 

Hi, a couple of my runs are not showing in my club stats but are showing in my overall weekly stats for last week. I know which ones that aren’t showing and my settings on them are no different to before (as far as I can see) Visibility is not hidden from clubs. Any idea how I get it to sync back up? I have logged out of both app and website versions  

Hi All, I use Strava on my Apple Watch Series 6.  For the past few weeks (since last OS update), elevation gains (outdoor ride) have been way off, reporting at least double what they should be.  Is anyone else experiencing the same?  I removed and reinstalled Strava on my watch and phone, but that hasn't made any difference.

For a few weeks Strava is showing my milage for the year as an incredibly high number. I have also lost past data on the graph Any help on how to set this back to the correct numbers will be grateful recieved.Thankyou  

Currently i have an application integrated with Strava. However, the access token I’m using has expired, and I can no longer retrieve the latest activity data from Strava. What should I do to ensure my application remains connected to Strava?  

Apparently streaks has been live on the app for two or three days now but even though my app is updated I can’t find them anywhere. I checked under the progress tab as well as other areas. Anyone else not seeing streaks?!

Am at a loss to understand no logged runs / attendees show in any of our events. The club is for a parkrun so the start time should not be an issue, it will always be close to 9amInitially there was no route logged for the events but I created and added one a few weeks backI since noticed that start & end 100m of my own runs were hidden & have just now changed thisOthers in the group who logged the same run did not have the setting on to hide their starts & endsMy activities are visible to EVERYONE. Any one else has this issue & worked out what was wrong?

Hi,Can I add go-karting as an activity in Strava?

I completed a Bike and Run multisport activity using the apple fitness app. After uploading to Strava it is shown as one continuous activity. I know other smart watches upload as separate activities and would be nice if it was the same with apple fitness as you do not see any segments or average speed data for the individual sports and the transition is not accounted for either .  

I am an athlete who has always used leaderboards as a motivational tool.As I get older, I have focused more on the age-related boards. Having crossed the age boundary into 55+, all the hills that I target are heavily populated by mis-categorised ebike rides. I appreciate that the AI tool is looking for obvious cheats/mistakes, perhaps a KOM in a car.For the E-bike problem I see, I suspect it is largely about more casual riders and ignorance of the rules. I see consistent patterns in the data: Low athlete activity levels, recorded on a phone, no HR/power data, cups on hills (but no other segments) slow times on all key metrics 5k, 10k, etc. My suggestion is that you set a performance threshold and automatically recategorise all rides that meet it. For example, given the E-bike issue (in Europe maybe not the US) is largely around hills, it would be simple to set a transparent rule that if you acheive, say, a VAM of over 1,000 on a segement and you don't meet certain criteria, t

Can anyone help me, my heart rate is being recorded during workout but not in workout after 

I dislike this new share pop up as I can't use the scrolling screenshot to include the temperature. I see many people also dislike this popup.  I personally don't like popups at all. If I want to use the share button,. I will click on it. 

After riding for 3 days for a solo ride of 800km I finally combined the 3 rides into one using the Fit Files Combine tool before uploading to Strava. To my disappointment the ride never got added to my club leaderboard. I let that slide but now it is still not counting as my longest ride yet. I'm currently working on integrating my climbing app with Strava, and I've hit a bit of a roadblock. When I manually create an activity on Strava through the browser, I have the option to enter the elevation. However, when I try to do the same thing programmatically using the createActivity API, I can't seem to find an option to specify the elevation.This is crucial for my climbing app's functionality, and without it, integrating with Strava is kind of pointless. Can anyone shed some light on what I might be missing here? Any help or insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I’m trying to edit a new route and most (but not all) actions I try result in: “Error: Sorry, we couldn’t complete that action. Please try plotting the point again. This can occur when routing across large distances, so try plotting more frequent waypoints that are closer together.” I’m only creating or dragging points a few blocks apart. This also happens when I try to delete a waypoint. The entire route is only 1-2 miles long. Looks like an API error, but status.strava.com says all is operational. Again, this is sporadic, but not a result of 100% of my actions. edit: every action seems to be trying to calculate the resulting action from a point WAY far away. I’m in Oakland and editing a route in SF, but the calculation point is far to the west beyond both (see attachment). I even started a new route since the initial report, and this started in halfway through. Very frustrating to have basic route creating be this broken. edit 2: the route had placed a finish point somewhere near Buf

Hi there, I’ve checked the gear list and adding a component doesn’t include ‘sealant add’ or ‘sealant topup’. What’s the best way to track how much life I have left in my sealant inside Strava?

I just joined the Strava Community Hub and received an automated email welcoming me to the site:“Dear username, Your account has been succesfully activated. We hope to see you soon on the Strava Community Hub.” Below that, there’s a button titled “Go to the Community Hub” but the HREF for the button is invalid and fails. The link in the email is to <LINK REMOVED> (For privacy reasons, I’ve redacted what looks like a session UUID from this URL in the email).The <LINK REMOVED> site redirects to <LINK REMOVED>  with no additional URL path.Ultimately this fails to work for at least two reasons:<LINK REMOVED>  is not a listed hostname for the communityhub.strava.com https certificate, so my browser complains about a security concern due to the hostname mismatch. <LINK REMOVED>  just shows an “under construction” image and says the page is not currently available.

My activities don't show up on my saved routes? How do I fix this, in order to re-use a previous route?
