Hi, If I go to https://www.strava.com/strava-runna and click on “unlock the bundle” I get redirected to “my account” in my Strava profile.But there I can’t see any option to get the Strava + Runna bundle. Is it not available in my region (Belgium)? How can I get the Strava + Runna bundle? Do I have to cancel my current Strava premium account and can I then opt for the bundle?

(Over all 3 in a grid or graph)X Total (mis.) (Over all 3) - "You" - "Activities" Add the same filter buttons for your activities (that are on the "Progress" tab).  Ex.ALL,  Run, Ride  Just subscribed to the trial. Good day, i have a concern about accidentally subscription on strava app, because when i download it i click the free trial because i want to use and know the features of your app, so i click the free trial. but then, yesterday (july 27, 2025) i got a text message about my e wallet (gcash) that says i made a transaction but i really didn't, so upon searching about my situation, I'm not the only one who experienced it. then yesterday i tried to get a refund request to google play because of what i searched online about the procedure when you accidentally purchased to sn google app but i received their email to me that says it didn't meat their policies of refund, so now I decided to reach out to you to try considering my refund request because the money is not really meant for me, and i really need it back. i hope it finds you all and thank you.

Hello, I explain the situation, I bought a Bryton Rider S810 and I tried to connect it to Strava, I did all the things that were required, but when I went for a workout it did not show in Strava. I also tried to send it to Strava manually. It showed up as being done, but I did not find it on Strava. Apparently I have two accounts, so I tried to stop the second account, but without success. On my MacBook I have the good account and I see all the results of my Strava friends. So I would like to use the same account on my iPhone, but without success. So, does anybody have a solution? My Strava annual cycle goal has stalled.  Rides in the last 2 months have not been added towards my annual goal.  Suggestions? 

My run activity seems stuck on my iphone I tried deleting the app and reinstalling as well as powering off my device and still stuck. Don’t want to lose my streak ;)

This new update keeps cropping my photos and I looks bad to me. I can't share (advertise Strava) when I can't see my photos properly. How to fix?

How does one get around false flags? I mean, I don’t mind a road ride on a gravel bike being flagged because I’ve beaten a shed load of KOMS but, I certainly didn’t so I can’t work out why it would remove me from any leaderboards. Any ideas? None of the speeds are unusual for my historical data either…. 

Hi Strava Support,I recently discovered the gear tracking feature and added my bike to my account. I set the gear's start date to a point in the past (when I actually started using it), but I noticed that Strava only begins counting kilometers from the date I added the gear — not from the backdated start date I selected.At the time I started using the bike, I wasn’t aware of the gear feature. It would be very helpful if Strava could retroactively assign past activities to gear based on the chosen start date.Is there a way to apply gear to past activities automatically based on that date, or is manual editing the only option?Thanks in advance!Best regards,Boštjan

Hello, until recently it was possible to show (personal and/or global) heatmaps in the "Maps" and "Record" Mode in the Android App by selecting them in the layer-filter. This selection is still possible, but: although selected, the heatmaps are just not shown in the map! It's broken just for me? Or is that a new bug? Is there any way else to see heatmaps in the Android App apart from viewing a finished activity? (Whichs trace obstructs the heatmap...🙄)Thanks!

I have seen several people raise concerns about integrity of Segment leaderboards, mostly due to the wrong Activity type (using an E-bike on a "ride" or a bike on a "run") or leaving Strava running at the end of an Activity and hence recording a subsequent car journey. For what it's worth, here's my approach to trying to help maintain Segment integrity in my area.  In the last 5 years I have attempted about 6200 bike Segments, all within a few miles of where I live.  I use the excellent VeloViewer companion for Strava which allows me to get lists of all my Activities and Segment efforts.  It allows me to export data to a spreadsheet and so I can have a spreadsheet of all the Segments I have attempted, complete with my leaderboard position, best time, KOM time, etc.  Generally the Segment data is very good with very few suspect KOMs.  Roughly once per week I download the data to a spreadsheet and do a comparison with equivalent data from the week before, in part

Several watersports are already listed (sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, etc.) and I would like to add wingfoiling but (for an somewhat obscure reason) there is no obvious way to add or even suggest such addition.

Hello! So, this is similar to other inquiries. I just can't calm my mind because i am a student and the annual subscription is a huge amount for me.Last June 18 i tried to get me a free trial to strava app, i processed everything thru strava app. Then after a few hours, i cancelled it (also thru strava app bc i thought it would be cancelled to where i also subscribed). Then just this July 18, 1680php was deducted to my gcash account. I just found out that i needed to cancel it thru google play.I then cancelled it thru google play and submitted an appeal. It was denied, saying it does not align with their policy. So i contacted strava support. Submitted a ticket, they replied and asked me to give them necessary details. I finished doing that then also emailed their zendesk account. I already did everything you guys are saying to get support. I just now want to know if i should just sit and wait or try and try strava to notice my report. I already followed up yesterday.I would appreciate

I wish to have my profile location set as Edinburgh, Scotland, however regardless of what I do in edit profile (app or website) United Kingdom is always added to the end of my location. Any suggestions on how I resolve?

Looking at my profile, none of my workouts for stand up paddle board are showing up for 2025 or all time. Other types of workouts are working. They had been working. appreciate any help. 

I just completed the Etape du Tour de France yesterday. My HUAWEI watch also records and uploads almost immediately. The problem is that the watch battery often dies on long spins like that. What can I do to get the Element Bolt uploading, with and without WiFi please?

I added seatpost and pedal components to my bike in My Gear.  I noticed after doing this that the Seatpost and Pedals options are no longer on the dropdown list.How am I supposed to choose new pedals and seatpost/dropper when I replace them in a few months?  The components I have listed on each bike should be a running list, not just the new replacing the old.I want a history of what is on the bike, for example:Front tire put on June 2022Front tire replaced July 2023etc, etc.This way we can know how long we had components on our bikes, how much life we got out of them, or simply when we upgraded to new parts.Thanks

Hi all! During my last workout my Garmin noticed that I ran my Personal Best on 1 km at 4:58/kmHere attached the detail of the run, where my fastest km is ? I can’t see it. Where the record is evaluated?Furthermore, there's a huge difference somewhere from pace (passo medio) and gap (GAP medio), see lap 4, 4:34 to 5:13, very strange as the run was totally flat.... ;-)Thank you!
