Hi there, I’ve checked the gear list and adding a component doesn’t include ‘sealant add’ or ‘sealant topup’. What’s the best way to track how much life I have left in my sealant inside Strava?

If you really want to use Strava for that you could choose an unused component type. Or you do it like most: Make an calendar entry or even a calendar series like for every 3 months. Strava wouldn’t know anyway how much of your sealant has dried up due to the environment of your bike or how much was lost due to punctures. Distance doesn’t mean much in this case.
Strava also doesn’t have a component selection for chain lube/wax/oil because it’s really dependent on your environment and riding conditions. You’d also have to update it every 7-10 days depending. I agree with
