I have the same problem for 1 of my friends, all yearly totals for them remain at 0

The stats factor in the visibility of the activities. Activities only visibility to the athlete aren’t in the totals when others view the profile.

But I can see my friend's runs but not their yearly total. What if the visibility is set to followers only?

@Gk86 These should be in the stats when viewed by followers. If not then this seems to be a bug.

Yeah I don't get it, it worked fine until totals were reset for the new year.

I have the exact same problem. A few of my followers cannot see my year to date statistics and I cannot see theirs. What’s the fix?!

As a follow on, I messaged Strava three days ago and haven’t heard anything back. I’m not hopeful.

I have a similar problem. I think it might be a phone app issue. In my case my followers can see the correct statistics on the desktop version but on the phone app it is wrong. Try to ask one of your followers to compare your statistics on their phone app with their desktop version to see if they match.

I tried a couple of things and noticed that when I change who can view an activity from ‘followers’ to ‘everyone’ my followers were able to the see the activity on both the phone app and the desktop versions. But obviously the statistics should match on both the phone app and desktop, so this appears to be a technical issue that Strava need to resolve.

I have checked and you are right, it is phone app specific and I think it is linked to people who set their activities to followers only rather than everyone.

Hopefully fixed in a future app update.

Thanks for checking. Good to know that others have the same issue. Hopefully the postings above are sufficient for Strava to understand the issue. STRAVA, please fix this! Thanks

Same here, noticed it a few months ago, issue is the app only, can see all bar year to date and all time total, apears to be random as i can see some follower totals but the all time does not match the actual all time...much less for some nill for others

Very odd and really one of the main functions of strava as social app

Same here and Strava hasn’t responded to my ticket in 14 days.

I can see my total but it says 0 to everyone else.

I started a posting about this problem before coming across this posting. A rep from Strava has now responded to my posting and hopefully something will be done to fix this issue. Fingers crossed! You can keep an eye on the development here:

I have the same problem, but I’m unable to see certain friends’ 2025 YTD data in both the iOS app and the web browser. If I choose previous years from the web app, the data is available. Here’s a screenshot with my friend’s missing data on the left.

Did anyone hear back from Strava on this issue? Thanks

No. I emailed them 14 days ago. No response. Pretty underwhelmed. Anyone else had any luck?

Update: “Year-to-date” statistics have now been fixed. However, “All-time” statistics is still wrong. Strava, please look into this as well. Thanks

I still can’t see YTD on many others. Followers can’t see mine. I note some have said it’s fixed on the app - not for me, alas. How’s everyone else doing? I’ve messaged Strava a few times, still no response. Not good.

A couple of my friends still have the issue with YTD not being visible for their followers. My All-Time stats are still wrong. Sigh
