Accidental Age Change

I accidentally entered the wrong date of birth on the strava app, and I am now unable to use messages or allow access to use heart rate data. It won’t let me change it on the app and returns with “Something went wrong” and displays “This change is not allowed” on web.

Hi ​@n1146, you might want to check the following thread and ask the people there how long it took for them to be able to edit the birth date again:

There is a waiting time involved until you can change it again, but I don’t know how long.
