I accidentally entered the wrong date of birth on the strava app, and I am now unable to use messages or allow access to use heart rate data. It won’t let me change it on the app and returns with “Something went wrong” and displays “This change is not allowed” on web.

There is a waiting time involved until you can change it again, but I don’t know how long.
